Newt: Obama's comments on Trayvon Martin "disgraceful"
Re: Newt: Obama's comments on Trayvon Martin "disgraceful"
i am speechless.
seriously.
thumbs up to every post in this thread
OMFG. I was listening to the candidates' comments on the issue on NPR on my way home and even Santorum said this is majorly effed up. I thought how nice, for all the tragedy, that at least even crazy can get on board and we don't have a stupid petty political disagreement over this one issue.
Thanks for effing that up, Newt.
Winner, winner!
Well, while everybody else was being a rational, decent human being (if only for a moment) Newt saw his opportunity to tie up the racistassholedouchelord vote and decided to swoop in.
No kidding. Really, claiming that what Obama said means he wouldn't be worried if it was a white kid this had happened to? Come on. Anyone who has ever watched Fox News knows that the instant something bad happens to a white kid - particularly if it's a pretty blonde white girl - it is ALL OVER the news. The Trayvon Martin this is truly, truly awful, but in a way it's refreshing that the outrage is over a kid who is a black boy, not a rich, pretty, white girl.
Newt can go fwck himself.
I've always wondered what it's like to be pure evil.
My Cooking Blog
Seconded!
He is stunningly obtuse.
Thirded. Smock said it best.
I am a runner, knitter, scientist, DE-IVF veteran, and stage III colon cancer survivor.
Newt is a tremendous asshhole.

I was shocked, truly. I figured he would find a way to say something terrible.
I wonder if this will finally be Newt's downfall. He's sure distinguishing himself from the other candidates alright.
Wasn't there some pundit saying that Newt will do what Newt does best, which is talk way too dayum much?
Exhibit A - Newt talks to muthaeffin much.
As if we needed MORE confirmation that Newt is a first class, grade A assholio.
Also, Newt, if you don't know the difference between ethnic background and race, you shouldn't be running for president. YWIA.
"Trying to turn this into a racial issue is wrong."
Wut? Yes, Newt, it is a race issue. His comments are just so dumb.
I can't find this on the internet. Do you have a source?
I'm not at all surprised that he said this. His campaign is DOA, the lone big contributor to the super PAC that supports him is most likely done writing checks, and he is being ignored by the media.
Say something controversial and BAM! Instant free press coverage.
Smock, I want to send you a valentine.
