Re: Good news Thursday
I have my second training session with my running group tonight. We started running two weeks ago but I think we are already all feeling better and motivated. I can only make one group practice a week because of my painting class, but I make sure to do a session on my own to make up the miles, which I have actually stuck to because of being accountable for the rest of the group.
Really excited because I think this will definitely help me drop my newlywed weight
And speaking of my painting class, I finally got an easel at home so now I can paint on my own time too! Will be doing a lot of new paintings while my DH is out of town in April!
Now I just have to survive work today......
Monaco, Morocco, same dif, right?
And I've always wanted to go to Sicily! I've heard it's amazing, and it has a mix of cultural influences that you probably can't find anywhere else in the world: Roman/Italian, Islamic, and Viking! Yes, the vikings conquered Sicily!
This is exactly how bowling is for me - I am the absolute worst and yet I have the best time!
I am losing weight, slowly but surely.
Abby will be 6 months on April 20th!
I have been successful in cutting out some negative and emotionally draining situations in my life.
There. I fixed it for you.
ooooooooooh, it's a good thing imoan doesn't know where you live lol.
Run fast... run far.
Currently Reading: Don Quixote by Miguel De Cervantes
Right? lol
The oldest fathead got a scholarship to SCAD art camp this summer.
I've been sewing like a mofo as evidenced by my bloggerton.
My plants are growing well, with the exception of whatever is nibbling on my damned basil.
We're having smothered pork chops for dinner and sweet lord, I'm so excited, which is sad and pathetic but whatever.
Click me, click me!
I score anywhere from 60-85. No joke! Can you top that? lol
H and I have booked some time off for next month. I can't wait! I think it will just be a staycation, but it is very welcome and much needed.
H and I are also planning a surprise party to celebrate the IL's 40th wedding anniversary, plus FIL's birthday.
I've also started writing again and working out a lot more. It turns out that the latter was a smart move, because now I have to run and hide from The Wrath of Imoan.
LOLOLOL!
I've been to Tunisia and it's amazing. You're gonna love it there. God I miss the food
As for my good news: after surprising the class with a term paper in the middle of the semester, my teacher emailed us this morning and made it optional (either do a paper or take the final exam) because people complained. Now I only have 2 term papers instead of 3.
