F&B has their own website now ^^^

I wonder if this is what they were working on besides fixing the boards.

A big old middle finger to you, stupid Nest.

Re: F&B has their own website now ^^^

  • huh. Sometimes I can see the tab, and sometimes I can't.

  • Those subjects make me want to stab my eyes out.
  • It was annoying when they went on F&B and asked us all of these questions, "What are your must-have products" Then to turn around and sell them to us via this site.

It's also a bit intimidating to know that the community tab for this huge site goes directly to the F&B board. Which means people checking this out will be quite a bigger audience.

I am glad that they have the curvy blogger posted.

I also hate half of the outfits posted in Foolproof outfit inspirations. Mostly because I think the grown woman dressed like a little girl/librarian look is fug. It's on the rise with vintage crap, and I'm just not down with the crowd.

  • Ewww!

If you don?t have time for a professional manicure, keep hangnails at bay by placing a half-drop of extra virgin olive oil around your cuticles while you cook dinner. Figure, any runoff constitutes extra seasoning! By the time the food is plated, your fingernails will be naturally moisturized.

I know my hands are clean when I cook, but that is seriously gross.

I do this often. Much to ML and a few others horror. I like to accent my waist. It's also one of those things that I don't think is a trend. It's been done for years.

However, Miss Ruffled white skirt and navy cardigan is not executing well. At ALL. I also don't get the dirty, lazy hair look. I really hate that. Effing comb your hair, hell at least wash it so it doesn't look like a natted crazy nest.

See, I don't even get that from the foolproof outfits.  Leather f*cking short-shorts to work?  lolol.  I'm trying to envision how my boss would react to that.

I'm a fan of vintage, and I'm also a fan of the librarian look; but I can't get behind this stuff.  Black stockings with tan shoes, high-waisted pants with button-downs, blech.  It all looks so horribly hipster.  Do not even get me started on everyone's latest tendency to belt everything they wear.  I am going to someday snap and start a big old Savonarola bonfire, only instead of books I'm burning ten thousand patent-leather skinny belts.

  • They are daring people to try Effie Trinkets look from hunger games. http://theblush.com/2012/03/30/hunger-games-beauty/The article then goes on to say to not try all of the colors at once. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of telling someone to try a look?
  • Also, maybe they should have hired a g*ddamn proofreader.

haha, You can pry my belts from my cold dead fingers.

I can get behind edge in an outfit, but I tend to go a lot more classic chic. I like urban twists on classics. However fell into Buffalo Exchange's clearance rack, the I can't wash my hair thing isn't something I want to see on the daily.

I am getting annoyed with GirlwithCurves monotony. Like, if she posts one more damn skinny jean, peep toe pump, tunic picture. She's beautiful with a banging body, but her outfits of late have gotten so repetitive.

You might be the exception to my rule.  I love the way you put clothes together.  But there are people who belt every.  Single.  F*cking.  Cardigan.  And it's not necessary, and oftentimes it's like two inches below their boobs, and it looks weird to me.

I'm annoyed with fashion's monotony in general right now.  It's hard for me to follow fashion bloggers, because inevitably it becomes sort of rote to me.  Whether it's GirlwithCurves and her jeans and peeptoes, or even the hipstery vintage blogs, where it's like, "F*ck, another floaty sundress and Swedish Hasbeens?!"

Glad to hear I can keep my belts. ;) I do try to play with volume. I'll wear a blousier top with skinnies. Full skirts, etc.

also this: "F*ck, another floaty sundress and Swedish Hasbeens?!"

Is a perfect way to put it. I stopped following quite a few for this reason. I'm still holding on to Keiko Lynn, although I wouldn't wear 95% of what she does.

My constant favorites have been Sterling Style and This Time Tomorrow. My new favorite because I can see myself in like 9/10 outfits is IntheCitywithCrystalin
