I have 4 episodes of the Jersey Shore still sitting on my TiVo waiting to be watched. Are any of them worth watching? I was so bored with this season.
There was cake in the break room this morning, so I had a Bill Cosby moment of sitting at my desk singing, "Dad is great. He gives us chocolate cake!" while eating it for breakfast.

I went shooting on Friday and it was so much fun. I shot with a 22 caliber automatic rifle- that's the only thing you are allowed to shoot in NYC without a permit. Nowiwamt to try a handgun

I have WW cupcakes sitting at my desk and they are tempting me, but i don't want one. Nope. No one else is eating them though which sucks. I really just brought them in to get rid of them.
I don't do OOTD. My outfits are bad.
i posted myself in pajamas last week. there is no way your outfit can be worse than that.
I've never let that stop me! I can always remind you of what shoes I'm wearing.
Speaking of which, I came sooooooooo close to buying a pair of non-white tennis shoes at Old Navy yesterday. So close.
Also, I really need someone to answer my question about the Jersey Shore. I need to either watch or delete these things soon.

Cali - I tried on that shirt on Saturday at ON but didn't get it. It looks way better on you!
I felt so defeated, I tried on about 15 things and bought nothing. (I think the 13 year old working the dressing room was getting annoyed lol.) That place is so hit or miss for me.

I'm having a weird hair day. One part feels really gunky like I didn't get all of my conditioner washed out. Pooh. :-(

My excuse is that my foot isn't healed entirely and w/the wrap I have to put on there aren't a lot of shoes I can squeeze into. It's not so awesome. So see, guys, my outfits are that bad.
I look ridiculous today. No photo. gray shirt with green frogs all over it over a white thermal. Jeans.
So my random is that my nail girl barely speaks English. The nail salon is next to my store. I once gave her my cell number because I missed an appointment by mistake. Yesterday I got a text from her that said, "Do you enjoy happy easter now? I hope will have a good day i love you". I don't know if this is to me- I thought I mentioned we don't celebrate Easter when I was trying to make a minute of small talk asking her if she had plans for Easter. So I don't know if that text was meant for me or not. And if she just says "I love you" to whomever.

I have way much work to do between now and then and not enough motivation to do it. Boo. I'm not really into game of thrones this season. I multitask while watching TV, and it's not capturing my attention. I think I'm broken. Bubba was choking me up yesterday. My husband is overly excited by baseball. I love spring weather. I need to hit the ATM on the way home tonight so I have monies to pay our 4'10" Brazilian cleaning lady/machine (seriously, she's a dynamo). My mom arrives on Wednesday. I'm happy to have an extra set of hands around the house to help with MC while we pack and stuff. Plus MC is excited to see Nana. AND OMG so much packing and laundry to do. Thus concludes my brain dump for today.

Lindsay -- I love that top on you. Love! You're going to have so much fun on your trip.
CMC -- Claire seems like an old soul. Every picture of her just makes her seem wise beyond her months.

I like Cali's shirt, but it has a very mild pirate vibe. Do they have it in a solid? Does anyone else think that doesn't look like KB's face in the KB picture? I'm suspicious.
I have to go figure out what to wear for MIL's wake and funeral the next two days. My closet is so confusing right now. I've been slowly buying up maternity clothes, but, aside from the stretchy panel pants, those mostly have to wait until I'm quite a bit bigger. I'm just in a combination of season changing and body changing that makes it hard to figure out what to wear.
I wore pants at the hospital all last week. On Easter I wore a kind of flowy dress that I thought was pretty. SIL said "Wow. You're really looking pregnant today." I wanted to punch her. I guess it did probably display my stomach a bit more, but I was still really taken aback by the comment. I'm 14 weeks. Which means my pre-existing gut is just getting pushed out slightly more than normal. So it still just feels to me like my gut sticking out. Also, I was NOT prepared for so much stomach touching at Easter. I figured I was safe from that until at least 20 weeks. So awkward.
Yar. They did have it in solids, but one was a dayglo green/yellow and the other was a teal that was too close to a couple other shirts I have recently purchased. Would it be too much if I accessorize with a parrot when I wear this in the future?
Ugh, I would hate to have my personal space violated with all the tummy touching. Pregnant women need to take a self defense course focused around preventing having their bellies touched by everyone.

I think you could pull off a parrot. I like you wenchy. For the record, stripes always make me feel like a pirate, so that's probably just in my head.
And I always thought I would have no problem dodging the belly touches, but when its your aunts/uncles/etc., that you don't see often, you don't want to make them feel bad or awkward when the essentially mean it as an affectionate gesture. So, yeah. My body is your playground. Grope away.

You look fabulous in this outfit. I have this shirt from limited, and was wearing it as a blouse under a cardigan. This belted version is way cooler. Thinking I'm going to have to buy that belt!
