Animal Abuse (no pics - story linked to clicky.)

Hi,

I'm usually a lurker, but I posted the other day about a horrible animal abuse story that was plastered on the front page of my paper this week. It was awful and days later, I am still so sad over this.

I made a donation to help with his surgery, and also signed an online petition to get the woman to get the maximum jail time.

Thank you for anyone that signs this!

This is just ridiculous!!! How in the world can you live with yourself doing that to a living thing?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Signed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe people are so mean to do this to an animal. I'm all for harsher punishments for pet abusers. Glad to add my name to this petition.

The picture made me sick. I was sitting in the doctor's office trying not to cry!! How can people hurt such defenseless creatures?? Signed!

I know! I can't get this picture out of my mind. I called the vet hospital today to make a donation to help with his surgery, and could hardly talk to woman to give my information because I was getting all choked up.

Thank you so much for signing this.
