ME peeps--Oman
If I wanted to visit Oman, where would you suggest adding it to, Dubai or Abu Dhabi? Or somewhere else? We're putting together rough travel ideas for next year and H really wants to go to the ME. At the moment we've only been to Egypt.

How long is your trip in total? I think 4-5 days in Dubai would be good, especially if you decide to do a night in Abu Dhabi.
I have a bunch of recs for Dubai - my favorites are Friday boozy brunch at the Fairmont (if you can plan to be there on a Friday, this is the expat thing to do)! I'd also suggest Burj Khalifa if you feel like being touristy, and Barasti on the beach for hanging out in the evening! Oh! And Automatic for good, inexpensive lebanese food!
