D: whole grain pasta w/ turkey red sauce & spinach, garlic toast

    L: cheese and tomato on tomato wrap w/mustard (seriously lacking lunch stuff at home), plan 0% Fage Greek yogurt w/1 Splenda

    D: salad and pizza

    E: None, scheduled day off

    (Dinner was edited. DH wants to go out for pizza. Who I am to refuse pizza?)

    L: Going to Which Wich - never been there before & am excited to try it out!

    L: The leftovers I didn't have yesterday. Apparently sh!t is starting to go down with DH's cardiologists, and they got him all in a tizzy yesterday. I packed up from work at 11:30 and came home.

    D: Pasta or frozen pizza w/ side. I really need to get better at planning dinners.

    S: berries, yogurt and kashi go lean crunch

    L: homemade soup (probably beef & barley or lemon pepper chicken), carrots, bell pepper, and if I'm still hungry, a small wheat sandwich with ham, cheese and spinach

    S: apple and babybel light

    D: sushi - not sure exactly what I'll have there, but DH leaves for a long field exercise tomorrow, and he wants sushi before eating crappy army food in the field...

     

    E: first session with personal trainer (30 minutes), followed by 1 hour of cardio
