Re: No-Sugarcoating Wednesday
To add my own two cents from my experience with her. She's one of those people that when you talk to her more and more, it gets to be exhausting and there came a point where I was like... why do I have to work harder to maintain some friendships than I have to work to maintain my marriage?
Plus, when she told me she would only visit me if I would host a LS party while she was there and if not it wasnt worth it to her, that was the icing for me.
I will admit I hid you while you were pregnant. The weekly pics were too much for me to deal with. But that's my own issue and not anything against you personally. I hide the majority of my pregnant FB friends if they start posting too much.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!

THIS is how I end up hiding people - when they can't take a hint! I also have someone hidden who I have NO idea who she is (she was a Niner). I hid her b/c she was SO obnoxious when she was pregnant I couldn't take it anymore. I wonder if it's the same person you have hidden....
Now I need to know who both of you are talking about.
I had this happen too! I just keep denying the request though lol. I don't have any niners hidden, my same rule applies, if I feel the need to hide you, I just delete you. I see Meg's point though about hiding for a specific reason because you don't want to deal with seeing something consistently but you don't want to not be friends with the person, that I get. I just haven't been in that situation.
I now am wondering if I've been hidden too, I very rarely post on FB anymore though and when I do it's 90% about Alex lol.
I wonder!! I know she must lurk bc I didn't become friends with people on fb till I had a year ago and I don't think she was active.

Nope, I think the girl I'm talking about is back from knottie days.
I just checked my FB and noticed that Jill has unfriended me. Oh, well.
As for being hidden, I'm 99% sure that at least a handful of you have hidden me b/c of all the pics I post. I should get better at making the majority of them only able to be seen to my family,since those are the people that contantly bug me to post more. It just sucks to have family all over the country.

She was friends with mine too until I told him about the unfriending. Same with my sister.

She's adorbs and I enjoy them.
This happened to me with Stephy. She friend requested me a few times & I would deny it b/c I had no clue who she was. I finally accepted it, since all of you were listed as "mutual friends." I was really confused when I saw all her partying pics/status updates, so I just hid her.

I know this is old, but I'm catching up from yesterday.
I too had to go and check and see who was still friends with me. Jill has NOT unfriended me, surprisingly.
And to be totally honest, Stees, sometimes I'm shocked you haven't unfriended me.
Also, I'm still friends with a really sweet Niner but she doesn't post here anymore, and I actually can't remember what her user name was. Is that bad?

I really don't dislike you THAT much, sometimes I just think your opinions are a little out there but I do still think that you're a good person.
Sometimes when you post about baby poop, it makes me cringe but you're definitely not the only one on my news feed and I have relinquished myself to the fact that that is just the stage of life that most people my age are in and I'm in the baby poop minority haha.
