Anyone who says that they can tell a difference when it is hard and it is in you, is doing it wrong.
I've seen what I would consider a lot of peens and I've never seen an uncirc'd one in real life.
The ones I have seen in pictures look like flesh-colored slugs wearing flesh-colored turtlenecks.
