First time playing, now that I (think/hope!!) I figured out How to upload from my phone!
Nothing special, just bummin around with the kiddos today:
I agree! PPPLLLEEEASSSEEE!
and thank you, I love this skirt. When I get paid next week I plan to buy more.
I've been eyeing this dress for awhile, it looks so pretty on the website.
Went to Anthro to use my birthday discount. Got a pair of Joe jeans that do not need hemmed (this is amazing) and I sized down to a 27. Also got 2 shirts but neither are on the website.
My mom bought me these
I have no OOTD because I started the day out in scrubs and am now in workout clothes because I went for a walk earlier this afternoon. HOWEVER, I made a BIG impulse purchase this weekend that was not F&B related. My birthday was yesterday, and one of my friends at work managed to convince me (not hard, really) that the fact that the Today's Special Value on QVC was a Vitamix meant that it was meant-to-be, and I went on my iPhone on my lunch break and ordered one. I am doing the 5-easy-payments option, but the long and short of it is that I spent $450 on a blender. Yeah.
I am really excited about it though. I have wanted one forever and can't wait to start using it!
No OOTD since I spilled something all over my skirt on my way out the door earlier before we could get a picture. I will say as a PSA micropleated chiffon maxi skirts/dresses are not made for stairs since they drape and drag all over the place. They look awesome blowing in the breeze though. My new maxi skirt/dresses are here though. They're Splendid from Shopbop. I got this one in Mist:
that turns into this:
and this one in Fatigue with a slit:
They run pretty TTS, but I'd order up since they are cotton and could shrink. The slit ones are slit futher up than I'd expected. I can easily wear it as a skirt, but am pushing it as a dress at 5'4" with how far the slit goes up. I love all things Splendid though and can use the slit one at the pool or beach.
I also got this Sun Safety Kit from Sephora:
It's $30 (valued at $193) and has 17 pieces including the box. I think it will be great to try numerous products to see what works. I grabbed one for me and a second for my Mom for Mother's Day since she's always at the beach.
