Can a lurker get in on the discount?

I need someone to help me pick brushes!

217 and 239 and my eyeshadow musts.

    Noted.

100% agree!   I also like the 224, it's similar to the 217.  I've had it forever.  Seriously since mid-college (11ish years?).

For face I love this one - it's pricey, but I use it for a ton of different things:

  • For less expensive options, I've been really happy with my Sigma brushes.

I bought their premium kit for $150, which has 15 brushes in it, and I was happy with the quality of them.

You can also do this eye:

    image

I normally do this with a line of black liquid liner and red lips to not over power my face.  This looks like Naked, Buck, and Virgin.

I use Hustle for cooler smokey eye tones, and Dark Horse for warmer. I also use Dark Horse over pencil liner on my lower lid to make it a bit smudgier.

I have pictures on me too, at least a few if you want to see.

Love this look! Can you walk me through the application like I am 5?

  • This is what I wear every day (that I wear makeup):

    Chanel Vitalumiere Cream makeup

Chanel Poudre Universelle Compact pressed powder

    Chanel Joues Contrast powder blush

Chanel Ombre D'eau fluid iridescent eyeshadow

Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Longlasting eyeliner

    Chanel  Rouge Coco Shine lipstick

    Sephora lash plumper mascara

  • I really enjoy the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. 90% of my daily make-up looks stem from the palette. The colors are warmer than the original.
A big old middle finger to you, stupid Nest.
  • STBKA, I have extremely dry skin.  Like it peels in the winter it is so dry skin.  The Oil of Olay Regenerist line is awesome.  I use the serum and the microsculpting cream together, and my skin looks better now than it did 5 years ago, and that's with living in the desert.

    Other faves:

Sephora full action mascara, shu uemera eyelash curler

Mary Kay primer, timewise foundation, and loose mineral powder

    smashbox lip glosses

    Smashbox Color Correcting primer

    Smashbox HALO powder

    NARS blush in Orgasm

    Urban Decay eyeshadow Primer

    Urban Decay Naked Pallett

Some form of Volumizing mascara - have not found one that I adore yet.
