For those who asked about what I eat, I eat lower carb, higher protein. I found that I feel a lot better when I eat less gluten. Most of my carbs come from fruit, veggies, beans & quinoa. Oh and I eat greek yogurt and have a green monster smoothie with protein everyday. I eat smaller portions 5-6x/day. Not dissimilar to what a lot of people on here already eat (judging from the planned eating threads).
Probably the most unique thing about my diet is how many calories I eat a day. When I started tracking my food, I found that the weekends were throwing me off b/c I was eating about 1400 cal/day during the week and THEN splurging on the weekends. So now I eat about 1200 cal/day during the week, and then about 1800-2000 cal/day on the weekends. It averages out to about 1400-ish cal/day. That way the inevitable indulgences on the weekend (mostly in the form of wine, lol) don't put me way over on calories for the week. It's just what works best for me.
Also, bear in mind that that was a planned photo shoot. For the 2-3 days leading up to it I ate super-lean and low sodium. It really made my abs "pop." They don't always look quite that defined.

As requested, a semi-"before" pic. I wasn't all that overweight, but I had little muscle tone and just felt dough-y. This wasn't truly "before," I had started working out at this point.
