NROL question

I'm writing up my Stage 1 workouts (page 140). For exercise A, does this mean I do barbell squats (as seen on page 157-158) for eight weeks (varying the sets, reps, rest). OR for workouts 1,2 I choose barbell squats  squats, then workouts 3,4 I do partial single leg squats, and so on.

Does the same procedure - either sticking with one exercise for the duration or changing every 2 weeks apply to B1, B2, C1, C2?

    Squat ?weight @15 reps

    Squat- ?weight @ 15 reps

    Pushup- 15

    Seated Row- ?weight @15 reps

    Pushup -15

    Seated Row-  ?weight @15 reps

    Step Up-?weight @15 reps

    Prone Jackknife-8

    Step Up-?weight @15 reps

    Prone Jackknife-8

  • What pp said...  And then the next week you do the same exercises with a different number of reps and increased weight (as the book describes. I don't have it in frint of me).  Basically you do all the same exercises in Stage 1 alternating workouts A and B until you complete stage 1.  Then proceed to Stage 2.  I hope this makes sense to you!

     I did not find the author's instructions particularly clear. And, I cannot stand all the dumb jokes. I am hopeful the workouts are better!
