Hella late to this post, and kind of mad that I'm late.
However, I think that it was spot on about the curvy point. You can have curve but in the wrong places and still be called out as unattractive. You can be in the sizes 20+ and have a small waist and a booty for days and be the best thing around.
Basically I feel like I'm just echoing a few folks already.
In South Dakota in HS, I did not have a boyfriend, I did not date, nor did I think I was attractive or that my body was. I used to look at myself after my showers and hate they way my waist came in and my hips were out. It wasn't what every other teen girl at my school looked like.
In Oakland, and hell in MN, I was prime material. To this day, I still don't recall any white man finding me attractive. Latino men, black men, I'm all set.
