After having two babies, I have pretty bad dark spots on my face. I have been researching the various lighteners and was wondering if anyone had any they loved. I was thinking of trying out the Garnier one since I am sure it is much cheaper than the others, but I don't want to waste the money if it won't even work.
TIA!!

Re: Dark spots
I had a prescription for Hydroquinone skin bleach 4%.
It's amazing. I had heavy scarring from acne and chicken pox. Everywhere I used the cream it faded the scars. The lighter ones are pretty much invisible. The darker ones faded so much they are only noticeable close up and probably just to me.
Insurance paid after the copay.
I was using the Garnier version for a while. But then it just felt like my spots had hit a wall and weren't going to lighten any more.
So after the Garnier, I've been using Cosmedix Lightning after my aesthetician recommended it after a facial. I've noticed some improvement in the lightening of some dark acne scars.

I have a hydroquinone as a prescription but I am kind of scared to use it on my face. I've only used it on my hands.
I have had success with Origins brightener skin pads and the vitamin serum that corrects hyperpigmentation, but it took several months.
