If it weren't completely sheer, it would be beautiful.  Nude lined, it would be beautiful.  Black lined, purple lined, ANY lining would have been better than that horrible bodysuit (that's the wrong color).

Beyonce, if you want to be provocative and to play with sheer fabrics, please talk to Halle Berry and/or Elie Saab.

    Yes. That dress is awful.

    I wonder if it's Spanks.

A big old middle finger to you, stupid Nest.
  • B needs to stop letting her momma dress her.  Because she has no taste.  Whatsof*cking ever.

Seriously girl, you know Jay-Z can afford to get you a stylist.

If I wanted to hear the pitter-patter of little feet, I'd put shoes on the cat. image

  • I don't care about her hipbones.  I just don't want to SEE them.  Probably in much the same way that none of you want to see my back fat.
    Go babies Caden!

Of course it is. I bet she's triple spanxed. lol With all her money though, you'd think she could afford to call up the spanx lady herself and get some Beyonce colored ones made up.

Also, why don't these people ever have someone take some picks of them at night with flashbulbs? All I'd need is two minutes with a shitty camera to realize that dress wasn't working.

Are hipbones supposed to look like that?

Also, I heard that Rachel Zoe looked skeletal, but haven't tried to find a picture.

That's basically what mine look like, and mine look that way not matter how much I weigh.  I've always been a little self conscious about them (I actually don't like wearing a swimming suit because there's no way to cover them up in one and I wanted to cry when a bride picked silk bridesmaids dresses for us once because they're very lumpy and obvious through thinner fabrics).  After reading this thread, I'm feeling extra self conscious.

This is why I am not loving this thread. At all. And I don't even have protruding hipbones.

Having said that, Kristen Bell is adorable.

It definitely wasn't my intention to make people feel self-conscious. I do however sort of expect some sort of fuss with the Mariah Carey post. That is her body, she has a body part that I'm sure many people have. Somehow pointing her out as poorly dressed doesn't garner the same response or objection.

Maybe people haven't gotten to the post yet, maybe people aren't reacting to my posts in particular. To me, the two posts are the same as far as intention. Dress the body you have better than what was shown.

I'm with Marie on this one. While I realize it wasn't your intention, SMo, it's kinda what happened with some of the posts.

Not to single someone out, but eating extra ice cream for someone is the same thing as saying a fat girl should lay off the ice cream.

I guess it's just you and me.

    Nope, it's not.

Nope. I am overweight and my hip bones protrude. I don't see an issue with it.

    Bazinga!
