PayPal question
if you get $$ through PayPal and then send that same $$ to someone else over PayPal, does PayPal charge a fee with each transaction?
I'm trying to figure out if it'd be better to cash out my PayPal $$ and mail it via check or transfer it via PayPal.

Gifting? I think if you gift, the receiver doesn't get charged but you do.
I pay our rent monthly via paypal and there's no charge to me or the landlords. We have it linked directly to a checking account on our end--not sure how they withdraw.
