Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Unfortunately, we received bad news today. Our baby, has several
abnormalities that are not compatible with life. Our baby would not
make it to full-term, and has many issues that include the brain being
outside of the skull.
So, when your babies are born, please kiss them and known what a true miracle life is.
Our plan is to continue with our adoption plan, and discuss this with our doctor after we get the pathology back.
Has anyone ever worked with a Dr. Thompson at Magee? I was referred to him for our procedures. Thanks.

Re: more bad news....
We have never met, but I have been praying for you through the past months. My heart breaks for you and your husband. Nobody should have to go through this. I have no advice. Just know that I will continue to pray for you to find the strength and some sort of peace to move forward.
Thank you so much for your love and support. Life has not been easy lately, and hopefully it'll be our turn....

My three sons!
So sorry to hear this. I have also been thinking about you lately.
Adoption is great -- I have several little ones (who aren't so little anymore!) who joined our family through adoption. I agree -- you will be a great mom!
I have been thinking of you and I will continue to pray for you.
I am so sorry that you have had to go through so much.

Tiffany....I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope your dreams come true through adoption....and quickly.
Ive worked with Dr Thompson. He's a good OB/gyn andI know several folks who have had good experiences with him.
Tiffany,
I am so sorry-no words can express it. You and your husband have been thru so much and I hope can be great parents soon enough! I hope the adoption process goes smoothly for you and that child will be so lucky to have you guys as parents!

Tiffany,
i haven't even checked these boards in months let alone respond in probably almost 6 but i have to say how truly sorry i am for what you're now going through and what you have been through. Pretty soon your journey to parenthood through adoption will end and you'll be a wonderful mother.
