can we do this on Monday instead of Tuesdays....that way if anyone is lacking inspiration they can pull from someone elses menu?

Yesterday I did frozen chicken breasts in the crock with ceasar dressing. Then I shredded it and served with lettuce and parm cheese on a bun. Yum.
Tonight is eggplant parm.

Last night was chicken parm.
M-Chicago style pizza
T- BBQ chicken
W-take out
R- Velveeta skillet with beef
F- leftovers or maybe heading to the beach!
Sunday ? steak, roasted potatoes, asparagus
Monday ? pasta with a garlic/parm sauce and a side salad
Tuesday ? Dinner at the farm (my IL?s house, family dinner)
Wednesday ? pork tenderloin, with either sweet potato mash or sweet potato fries
Thursday ? leftovers
Friday ? meatloaf, roasted butternut squash, and a side salad
Saturday ? not sure yet.

We cheat and use the Italian Style chicken fingers from Barber. It is so good though!
Oh Fun!! We went to Punta Cana for our honeymoon, it was awesome!!
