What was your "First Dance" song?
Re: What was your "First Dance" song?
Ours way "Sway" the musical arrangement was either the Michael Buble version, or the *** Cat Dolls- haha I don't really know because my best friend sang it. It was a really fun songs to dance to!
Edit: Whoops!! I didn't think about the name of that band being a curse word!
Our first dance song was "Rainbow Connection". It was the old Muppets song, but the Sarah McLachlan version. I grew up loving this song, and my DH and I chose it jointly.
I didn't find out until after the wedding that it had always been his parents' "our song". Because his mom died six months before our wedding, this was really precious to us.

We love Jason Mraz (it was hubby's first concert!) we almost went with "Lucky" but then thought too many people would do it/be sick of it, so we chose "I wont give up" and learned to waltz to it. we STILL have people coming up to us 4 months later telling us how much they loved our song/dance.
....we just watched the live feed from Mraz' concert at MSG last night (awesome!) and he closed the show with our song. he didn't even get the intro guitar part out before we were both teary eyed. haha

WE LOVE THIS SONG TOO!!!
Almost chose this one...
We went with The Fray- "Happiness" we saw them in concernt and loved them and it ended up being one of our favorite songs.
We're both illustrators, so we went with "Painter" by Norah Jones.
