How's the working outs and diets going?
I had to give up 17 DD... my tummy wasn't very happy. I'm loosely following it, just added some beans and some other "good carbs".
I want to go to the gym, but I keep forgeting my gym bag. I'll pack it and put it in my jeep tonight so I can go tomorrow.

Re: Toning Tuesday
my detox is going great. I've only cheated once and that was on Saturday night and I think the only thing I had that I wasn't supposed to was the bacon in the brussel sprouts and the mashed potatoes. the potatoe is fine but i'm not supposed to have any dairy.
Working out last week was great. I did Ripped on Monday night and went to the gym 3 times. Saturday I only got 45 min of my workout in before I hurt myself and I didn't go to ripped last night.
I'm hoping i'll be up and moving again by Wednesday. My ankle is still a little swollen but i'm able to put more pressure on it when I walk now.
