What is your job? I always wonder what everyone does and I never thought to ask until now. I know a few are teachers, but what does everyone else do? And while you are at it, what does your DH do too?

I am in grad school to get my post-bacc cert and Master's in El. Ed. I have a degree in PR which I'm not using anymore. In the meantime, I am substitute teaching.
DH has a degree in chemistry and works for Turkey Hill in their quality control lab testing everything to make sure it is safe (don't really know ALL the specifics)... and part of his job is to taste test everything!!!
I'm in PR and Communications.
DH is in insurance sales & financial planning.
I am an Implementation Specialist for a software company that makes an Internet based portal to support wellness initiatives in schools. My main job is to get people using it, set it up, set up trainings, etc.
My new task is to test new releases. I think this is useful for me so I know what is going on and for the company to have someone who actually works with the users testing it.
It's a cool job.
DH is a CPA and audits insurance companies.
I'm a receptionist at a pediatric's office.

I am a Mental Health Caseworker Supervisor and Housing Specialist. I work with indiviudals with a mental illness in the community and have staff meet with them on a regular basis for support. In addition, I work with homeless individuals and find affordable housing options for our consumers.
My DH is a manager of a local bicycle shop which he loves since we currently own six bicycles!!

I am a school counselor. I am employed by our intermediate unit and work out of two local k-8 catholic schools.
DH is a human resource mananger and works for an agency that provides benefits to school districts.
I am a full-time software engineer as well as a part-time graduate student working towards my Master's degree in systems engineering.
My husband is a structural engineer.
I am a middle school counselor. My school is considered a city school and I work with the 6th graders...all 342 of them!
DH works as a cable technician. He installs cable, internet, and phone services to customers.I am a diaper changer....
Dh is a builder ( a very handy husband to have,,, he built our home!)
I provide proposal support for sales executives at a national health insurance company. I always say that I do most of the work, and they take most of the credit
DH is graduating this Friday(!) with a degree in Classical Studies. He wants to be a Latin teacher; he likely won't be able to get a FT teaching position in the middle of the school year, so he will sub in the spring and try to get a FT spot in the fall.
I am an Office Assistant for a Hospice agency in York, I teach CPR & First Aid once a month (at least) for the York Red Cross, and I am a Pampered Chef Consultant
DH works full time for a packaging company in New Oxford and owns a Photography & Graphic Design business with his mother. I also help with the business...marketing, customer service, setting appointments, etc...

My official title, Supports Coordinator...I work with individuals that have developmental disabilities and coordinate/monitor supports for them...housing, insurance, employment, etc. It's a challenge!I am in grad school for my MSW. Can't wait to be done! My husband is a registered nurse for Pinnacle. He hopefully will be starting the nurse anesthetist program in the fall!
I am a copy editor. I work for the National Fire Academy. I also took on a p/t editing position working at home. It will actually start next week, but is only on an intermittent basis.

I'm a member services representative for a local credit union ( in shorter terms a teller but also open new accounts and working on the lending side)

Oh and I waitress part-time to pay for the above mentioned degree.
I work for a food brokerage company that I helped start up about 6 years ago. DH is finishing his masters in School Psychology and works at the adult inpatient hospital right now.
Funny story... I graduated with my degree in culinary arts. When we first started dating I asked DH if he ever thought he would be dating a chef. His answer was no, and then asked if I ever thought I would be seeing a Psychologist. My retort was "Not for free!"
