There is obviously a problem with how easily criminals get guns.
But not all people who kill people with guns are criminals. Mental health can play a big role in whether someone is a responsible gun owner or a murderer. And you're not a criminal
But I also have a huge problem with ANYONE, be it republican or democrat, starting national databases without due cause. And I sure do not like the hypocrisy of our current political system.
