Our first official date was to a pumpkin festival. We went on a hayride, played with baby chickens and ate some pie. It was great!

When H first said he loved me about 4 months into our relationship I said "thanks". Then a few minutes later I said "Wait, did you say you loved me? I love you too".

Everyone elses stories made me want to reply again. First kiss was (sober) in his car on campus while listening to Journey. I still get all goose pimply when I hear the song and can tell you perfectly at which part it happened.
I may have told him I loved him while at the mall.. He made a comment about hating something that I also hated. And for some reason, "...I love you!" was the only justified response I had.

Closest thing I had to drunken first kiss was drunken reconnection on my 21st. Technically H and I had split up a few months after initially dating. After a few months of not speaking (here on out known as the dark ages), we rekindled our friendship. H volunteered to come with me and my then best guy friend/ex for my 21st birthday outing. Short version--drunk me had more courage than sober me and got a little too into his comfort zone.

It paid off though. I realized he was falling for me again the next morning when he showed up at my house with donuts and Gatorade for my very hungover self.

We walked in the door and I was standing in the kitchen opening a bottle of wine and he walked up to me and said "well, I guess I need to get this out of the way" and kissed me. He stayed over that night, and didn't get lucky. We spent the whole next day together and pretty much every day since.

I love that that's why your wedding time!! That's really sweet and awesome.
