  • No big summer vacation this year.  As I type John is skiing in Quebec with friends & I am headed to Bahamas in April for my sister's 50th.  Meeting up with friends in NJ in July so we may tie in a few days at the beach - Cape May? John will probably go to NC with kids to visit my cousin in early July while I travel for work.  Chicago in the fall for a conference and our big trip in Nov for John's 40th - surprise trip to Pebble Beach.   Next year is our beach trip & I'm thinking of spring Disney trip so this year is all little ones.

Pebble Beach is GORGEOUS! We went to San Francisco/Monterey Bay a few summers ago to visit my grandparents. The drive to get in is gorgeous. We went and had a drink at the bar when we picked my dad and brother up from golfing.

  • We are heading to Disney again next month and can't wait (we had our littlest there last year at 18 mo and did great).  We thought about a Disney cruise but our youngest is only 2.5 so can't go to the kids club and didn't want the fight.  Since we took my parents last time, we wanted to go with just us and do a little different pace.

DH & I have a conference adults only trip to Seattle in April.   This summer, we're going to do Busch Gardens/Williamsburg for a few days and add a few days at VA Beach (I hate cooking on vacation so I need somewhere more commercial like a boardwalk vs a more low key place like Sandbridge).

DH & I are likely off to Vegas in August again for his conference.  Then the fall is another conference in San Diego where we are all going.

I'm a big fan of vacations during the cooler months!

2016 is our 10 year anniversary so we are planning a trip for just us and then it's also my parents' 40th so they are taking us all to an all-inclusive or on a Disney cruise
