What are gas/oil prices in your area?

With our first year of owning a home and having an oil tank..I'm thrilled that oil is $1.56/gal! We normally fill it up when it's at the 1/2way point...but I can't imagine having to fill this thing when it's over $3/gal like it was a few years ago? Ugh! Our gas is around $1.90/gal Wish I had giant tanks to stock up! In CT

I used to drive past a gas station on 460 in Virginia. It was right in front of a distribution point. I wouldn't have been surprised if they just ran a pipe over. It was the most expensive gas for miles around.

Oh, I'm surprised! There is a city called Chalmette about 10 miles outside of NOLA that has a big Shell refinery. And the gas prices in that city are usually another 5-10 cents/gallon lower than NOLA. When they don't have to truck the gas far, it helps keep the prices lower.
