  • Not a morning person either!  I try to stock my work fridge with my lunches for the week, or, if I can't do that, I put leftovers in ready to go containers so all I have to do is grab one out of the fridge on my way out the door, sometimes it just gets shoved in my purse haha!

just sometimes? that's my default - I don't even pretend to pack a separate lunch bag lol
  • Just wanted to give a shout out to my fellow MMers who aren't "morning people".  I literally didn't bring my lunch today because I didn't have an extra 1-2 minutes to just grab it out of the fridge and throw it in a bag, lol.
I made it to work today without my glass and bottle of water.  We have ice machines here, but no cups/glasses.  There's a cafeteria and an Arby's within walking distance, but I haven't felt like paying for either. :(

  • I keep a box of Costco frozen chicken sandwiches in my work break room freezer for the days I forget lunch. It helps to always have something on hand!

I do that with breakfast sandwiches.  I should be better about keeping some frozen dinners also.

You know those boxes that reams of paper come in?  I have one of those in my cube filled with oatmeal packets, soup cans, chips, trail mix, popcorn, etc.  For snacks and forgetting lunch (if I don't feel like going out).  There is also a small breakfast/lunch counter in my building that has good, basic food on the cheap!  That place is a life saver.
