I thought it was pretty good before. I can't stand trying to get used to all the changes all the time. Just pick something and go with it.

-Whogivesashit about the list of all the local boards. Take the list away.
-The split between old/new format (nat'l/local).
-WHERE ARE MY NESTICLES????
-Where are all my posts????
-The font is way too small
-Way too much space between bottom of post and top of siggy
-Newbie designation is completely unnecessary. After almost 25,000 posts, I'm not a newbie, TYVM.
-WTH are points? Who cares about them anyways? Don't add functions people are likely to question and scratch their heads at w/o doing a tutorial about it.
-Inability to DD an original post after replies. There are several times on the nat'l boards where someone will come asking for advice, but DD a post due to the posting of personal information that is vital to the topic.
-Fewer posts/page. It's obnoxious to not be able to click on a page number from the very beginning if you know you've already read the first 15 posts.
I think they're just posting responses everywhere, hoping that the nest people actually read some of them.
it was c&p'ed on our local (NC)... unfortunately not posted everywhere. maybe this means that we'll actually be listened to though! (although i'm not holding my breath)
I really dislike it.
1. I have great eye sight but can barely read the font.
2. It is incredibly slow. I like to jump on then jump back off. Not any more if it stays this slow!
3. I don't like how the posts are shown. Something weird about them.
4. I don't like the idea that I cannot see which posts I've already opened.
I DO like the spelling check.

I like the new options. I am unsure about having all the information on the side of each post.
I LOVE the post a pic option being so much easier!
I agree with it being too small, and it would be nice to have the option to click to page ___ from the top. I'm also confused about which posts are new and which ones I've ready because of the jumping up feature.
Just a lot of things to get used to.
I can't stand it. There are way too few posts/page, and it takes forever to read all the replies. The font and format are awful and make it very difficult to read. I don't like the national board listings on the L side. I really see no need for the newbie/# posts/tags or all that other stuff that just clutters the posts. Hate the ads in the middle of the posts column. I understand ads are a necessity, but keep them in the side & top frames and out of the posts.
I use tabbed browsing in Firefox, and it used to show the individual thread title in each tab. That way, I could see from the main board which posts I'd already opened. It would be nice to have that back instead of just showing "The Nest" in every title.
Spell check and PIP are nice.
Oh, also don't know why "Most Active Posters," "Connect with these Online Nesties" and "Hot Topics" are displayed.
Right now, some of the "Hot Topics" displayed are "This" "From" and "What." How are those "hot topics"? I don't think the extremely limited usefulness of any of those features outweighs the visual clutter they create.
Couldn't there be a way to select which of these each poster wants to have on their page?
I'm actually a DC nestie, but I heard that comments were sought here, so I'm adding mine!

format: the text is too small making it really hard to read.
format: most people only post on one or two local newlywed boards. it's not necessary to have them all listed out. instead, list out the other main boards and if folks want to post on another local board, they can pull that from the drop down instead of the other way around.
features: it's impossible to keep up with new posts because they are only sorted by last posted response, rather than the original time stamp of the post. is it possible to add that (sort by original post time stamp) to the sort function?
features: I lost my posts!! I've been a Nestie for nearly 4 years and it's just impossible that I've only had 20-some posts! In fact, I recall a single day last week where I had 20-some posts! What happened to all my posts?

I find it amusing that a bunch of the mom's over the baby boards left b/c one of them started their own (much better) board and now thenest looks almost exactly like it.
Only the new board doesn't have the ads, and is much more user friendly.
I DON'T! I'm not on near as much as I used to be and today is the first time in maybe a week! I can barely read the posts due to the really, really small print and I don't like all the other boards listed on the side. It's nice we can do all the things that 'regular' email does, but I'd much rather have the old board back. I've been on since 2002 (gosh I'm old....1st the nest then moved over to here) and I'm really thinking that maybe this is the 1st step in not being on any more! If the boards continue like this I think I'm done! I'm just too old to squint just to read posts.
Sorry that you've worked so hard but as the old saying goes 'don't fix whats not broken'! 1 question...did you even bother to ask us all if we wanted OUR boards changed?
ok...so I posted that I hate it and might just stop if this is the way it's gonna be! I can't even see my own post!!!
WTF is going on? Oh yea....I'd bet I'll be listed as a 'newbie' and if 6 years is a newbie...how old will I be when I'm not? Sorry, but this new board is really the worst I've seen them 'change' since being on!
