  • Loving all of these!  I am about a month into "healthy eating" and still looking for some more good options.

Here are some things I like that I didn't see mentioned yet:

Good Greens bars (can be pricy, but tasty and worth it - you get all your day's greens in one bar!)
    Spaghetti squash (instead of pasta)
Wasa crackers (instead of bread for sandwiches)
    anything with cilantro
I tried making granola but even using coconut oil, it's still pretty high in calories-so next I will try making Muesli

  • I love sliced apples sprinkled with meyer lemon and cilantro.
This sounds delicious!  I'll have to try this.

I love any vegetable or fruit
    eggs
    popcorn with coconut oil
    Health Warrior Coconut Chia Bars
    Lara Bars
Chia anything - I make my own Chia drink, Chia & Buckwheat cereal, add it to overnight oats, etc.
    Nut butters
    Almonds
    Almond milk
    Tuna
Turkey burgers (with Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning)
    Cottage Cheese

My favorite lunch currently is a small (or 1/2 large) sweet potato with Mrs. Dash Chipotle BBQ seasoning and 1/2 Cup Black Beans, with spinach or turnip greens on the side (or sometimes brussell sprouts).

My favorite current snack is this green tea and ginger lentil bean hummus that I get at Wegmans and jicama sticks.

I've not tried these bars, but I've been curious to.  I love Barlean's Greens, the kind you mix into a drink.  I love it shaken into organic apple juice the most, but I think it's still amazingly delicious just with water.
  • I've been doing smoothies with a veggie and fruits combination, might not sound that appetizing, but it's really good! My fav is doing frozen spinach with strawberries, bananas, raspberries and I add alittle milk and orange juice. Great way to get in your fruits/veggies for the day.
