My Blog- The Blonde Brunette
Same here...if we have nothing else going on.
The weekend after Thanksgiving!
I take them down after the New Year
We aren't doing anything this holiday because we are gonna be in Mass with H's fam.
Usually when I was a kid, we did the tree on Pearl Harbor day, we would do the decorations while watching the service. My family is all military so it meant a lot.
I always put up a Christmas tree and a Menorah in my classroom, but this year I don't have a classroom all to myself, so I guess I'll try to put them up in the house or something.
I pph your siggy...
I love his face...He's like yeah I am touching her butt...And??
normally we would wait till after my birthday (Dec 7th) so my birthday would not get pushed under the rug but as I've moved out of the house gets more excited about Christmas so I wait as long as I can sometimes its mid Nov and sometimes I get until after my birthday.
But this year is me and my DH's first Christmas together and if he dose not get deployed we are going to get a real tree so we will have to wait until mid Dec so the tree lasts
Usually the weekend before T-day, because we travel over T-day and I don't like to come home and have to deal with it. I would rather walk into a prefectly decorated house, LOL.
This year we won't be getting them all out because T-day is really late, and we will be gone over xmas, and I work FT, am pg, and have a toddler, and I just don't have the energy!
