For those of you that sleep in the nude...

Re: For those of you that sleep in the nude...

  • Some people claim it's healthier to sleep "free to air" without knickers or bra. I find it more comfortable too but I wear a gown, nighty, light robe,  a long shirt etc as a loose cover.
  • If I didn't have 3 dogs I would so walk around naked!!! But I do sleep naked more often than not cause the dogs sleep downstairs. No kids yet but even if we did, our door would be locked. Children can knock. I sure did when I was a child.
  • Well, when I get back home I have to switch sleeping with a shirt on again as people back home just don't know the meaning of knocking. They just barge in and wake you up.lol
  • For me it’s a specific routine. It involves getting into my comfortable clothes after work (and after I no longer have to see people because it’s hideous haha) and then comes off when I step in the bedroom with the nightlight on. Clothes go on the floor (so they are right there when I wake up) and the nightlight goes off as I crawl under the covers
