Re: For those of you that sleep in the nude...
For me it’s a specific routine. It involves getting into my comfortable clothes after work (and after I no longer have to see people because it’s hideous haha) and then comes off when I step in the bedroom with the nightlight on. Clothes go on the floor (so they are right there when I wake up) and the nightlight goes off as I crawl under the covers
