We haven't taken Ian yet. Today, you'd have a hard time convincing me he wasn't sent here directly from the devil so I'm anxious to see how he'll do with Santa.
Dagger is adorable.
I guess it's a good thing Ian is cute. Although at his age, he'd probably have just as much fun playing with coal.
I'm pretty sure one of my appendages would have to be in the picture to get Alex to sit still near Santa. But if we're passing around the collection plate of cute, allow me to submit my latest creation.

Our Santa had a REAL BEARD. Sean didn't cry, but he does appear to be in some sort of fugue state:
