CN kids with Santa go in here

Re: CN kids with Santa go in here

  • Zero, but we went on a Tuesday afternoon.

  • Yeah we waited maybe 20 min? We went on a weekday afternoon, and I took Matt to ride the little Christmas choo choo while Sebastian stood in line, so really it was like not waiting at all.
    image Guess who?
  • I'm going to try to go Wed morning, so I'm hoping for not a long line.
    image
  • Awww, look at all the festive babies! And puppies!

Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
  • We to a Xmas festival and it was BYOcamera so there was no line.
  • Apparently one of the malls by us, has some kind of Santa Fast Pass where you order a package online and get a pass for the VIP line or something. Not sure how it works exactly.

I was tempted to get Moxie's picture with Santa at PetSmart today but I felt a bit silly so I didn't. Besides, she was underdressed, all the other dogs were dressed up in Christmas outfits.

I'm pretty sure it's pronounced your mom's a moron and if you didn't have your name legally changed by the age of 22, so are you. Unless you're from another continent. -Groomz
  • Jane didn't like Santa.

  • Allan got to see 2 Santas.  He hated them both equally.

  • I love the first one, where Santa just wants a hug and Al's all like "Noooooooooooooo, mommyyyyyyy don't maaaaaaaaake meeeeeeee ..."

  • We went Saturday but it wasn't at the mall and the place didn't publicize. I heard through word of mouth. And it was totally free. Bonus. Vicki you look fabulous!
  • I love everyone's pics!  I am going to have to take Jack to see Santa this week, maybe Thursday.

Why isn't Monj's baby wearing shoes and socks?  Maybe it's the city girl in me, but Jack always has at least socks on, if not shoes also.

We usually put Dagger in socks in public (poor kid doesn't fit shoes), but I love him sockless in pics a lot of time. But at home he is barefoot to help with his balance.

  • jack prefers to be sockless at home, too (his fred flinstone feet are too wide for most shoes also).  But when we go out, I make him wear some sort of covering since I'm a mean mom and don't have any hay to chew.

  • I don't even own nor have considered shoes for Owen. I'll probably get him a pair of Robeez soon, but that's it. I suspect he'll be in Stride Rite wides like his sister when the time comes, so I don't even bother trying.

  • you also live in the frigid north.
  • So much cute in one post!  I love the shellshocked Santas and weeping/concerned children/dogs.  I'm a bad mom who has never taken Maggie to see Santa.

  • I love Allan's second picture.  "Maybe if I refuse to acknowledge his presence, he'll go away."

We didn't have to wait in line.  After we left, MrTummy asked me, "so, assuming they do this fundraiser next year, can we go again and just throw the baby in the photo with Jenny instead of going to a mall?"  I responded, "Absolutely."

  • Monj - what Santa did you guys go to? He looks acceptable.

Evie often kicks socks off, so if it's warm we often don't even bother, even when going outside. It's going to be 80 here today because San Diego is stupid.

  • Also: All of your children are adorable. And also all of the dogs. You've made me feel like I need to go get pictures done right away, but I want to finish making the kids hats first.

I swear on everything festive, I had socks on him. He took them off in line, I replaced them, I looked at Hunter, then back and they were off again. I live in San Diego, the weather was nice, so I figured whatevs.

    Effing crazy people.

Fashion Valley Mall, on a Thursday afternoon. The line was about 20 minutes long.

  • Thanks! We've done our Santa pictures in Seattle the last couple years, so we weren't sure where a good one was down here. Lorne hates Fashion Valley though...I'm not sure if I can convince him to go. We'll see. =)

  • It was worth it, and not very busy during a weekday. Tell him it's better than Mission Valley mall where all the rude teenagers hang out.

  • Wednesday morning is a great time to go. No line at all.

  • Is he sticking his tongue out at santa?
  • Sticking the tongue out is Ethan's trademark. He decided today that he would smile for Santa and charm everyone around, but under no circumstances would he put that tongue in his mouth.

  • Dude. I am loving Meej's (old school AFB) daughter Lila in this:

Me too, and it's a cute pic without the extra hypnotic insanity.
