Definitely. My line of thinking is that if it is just now bad enough that she even sought diagnosis, I don't see one day causing harm (assuming, as others have said, that she's not a danger to herself or the baby).
I think her husband should have been more supportive, but I don't fault him for thinking about the cost.
Agreed, but there could be some message board induced hysteria going on with her. Within a day she goes from asking people on a baord to diagnose her to OMG I HAVE TO GO TO THE ER RIGHT NOW.
Absolutely. That seems to be quite a common occurrence on the bump. Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. Back to creepy lurkerdom.

Well since you begged....Just kidding. I guess my account is only going to be here for a day long so it wouldn't hurt to stay and play.
I asked them to delete it. I'm just bored of the bump. I can always lurk if I want to but I have no desire or need to be on here anymore. It was great when I was going through my PPD and the colic but I don't know, just bored and need a break.
My story. I'm a SAHM and currently in school. I like pickles and laffy taffy. I have no animals. My kid is awesome.
Ha I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I've had my share of crazy on the bump.
Not run off. I like to think I'm pretty popular over there. At least they know my (screen) name.
I guess my crazy would include accusing a girl for standing me up for a GTG when it seems like it could have been a misunderstanding. Biitching about my evil heathen of a kid for the first 6 months of her life. Creating an AE to ask "Who would you most like to kick in the face" I fessed up to that AE all on my own. ummm....I'm sure there are a few more.

I have created AEs in the past. many of us have. Asking one to stir up drama sounds fabulous. Especially face kicking drama.
What board were you regularly on?
I spend (spent?) most of my time on 12-24. I'm too lazy to be able to keep up with multiple boards usually. I keep in touch with most of the people that I enjoy in other ways though so have been posting less and less lately.
I am not Sam, but I can give you my two cents.
I think most lurkers are still scared of what they saw on SB and are afraid of getting flamed.
Also this is such a tight knit of friends that I think that most will not feel accepted.

I think sometimes you guys can be a little intimidating. It's obvious you guys have become extremely close over the years and some may think it's hard to break into the group. Some people are just hoping for some drama. Also, since you guys haven't had any drama lately I think some people fear being your next "victims".
And me personally, I don't think I'm really all that funny or clever so I'm not sure if I would fit into the board that well. I have a some rare gems that I throw out now and again but they are few and far between.
But we are all kittens and puppies now. We are a whole different board.
But I can understand the close knit group aspect.
Thats right, everyone has gone soft since bearing children.
Sometimes I miss the drama. Maybe I'll volunteer myself as a sacrificial lamb to get something going.

mmm lamb is delicious.
There have been times when people have complained about it being slow/boring around here. Talking about wanting to be on an international board so you could get more traffic and other such talk. I think at times it seems like you guys could be itching to get back to the old babyless days of snarking. And nobody wants to be the ones to bring back the snark, unless of course it's directed at someone other than them.
