As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am so so sorry about your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
I am so sorry! This is so awful. Reading your post is like a flash back to what I went through last year. My son was almost 4 and my daughter was 15 months when my dad died of cancer. I know what you are going through and if you want to talk, I am here. Luckily I have one friend at my school who lost her mom to cancer 3 years ago & it really helps to have her to talk to b/c I know she understands personally what I am going through.
If you want to email me I can give you my cell phone number & you can call me at any time. Seriously. This is so hard. My dad actually died 6 months ago today...I can't believe it.

Thank you all for your kind words and sharing your experiences also. I hate that I am not alone, but sometimes it is helps to not be alone. Right now I am just so tired of being tired and sad. I am just dreading Sunday and Monday. At least my mom decided on a short wake. I don't think i could have handled anything longer.
