Weird food combos you like?
Last night I discovered a new one. I ate a big bite of bread and then took a sip of wine (moscato to be exact) and it was GOOD. I don't know why, but my tongue liked it. Then I dipped my bread IN my wine and it was ever better.
Maybe I should start going to church again because apparently I like communion.
What are yours? Come on .... let your freak flag fly! :-)

I love salty & sweet so I'm sure I would love that!!
I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
I also like anything on pizza. Seriously - artichokes, anchovies, pineapple, olives, etc... I'm the weird one that always asks for the crazy combination - like last weekend - pineapple, green peppers, olives & pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut. YUM.
OMG - this has been my craving breakfast all week! H is making fun of me but he just doesn't know. I've started dusting my PB with cinnamon before the banana and it is wonderful!
Cottage Cheese and sunflower seeds and/or Thousand Island dressing and/or Doritos.
PB and banana is another.
My dad loves chocolate cake w/ chocolate frosting and dill pickle (with a very large glass of super cold milk).
I hate ham - except when it's wrapped around a pickle with cream cheese. It's the only way I'll eat ham.
I'm also a huge fan of turkey, cream cheese and cranberry sandwiches after thanksgiving.
I can't eat popcorn without orange juice.
Bacon and chocolate.
Sea-salted caramels.
PB & banana sandwiches (or quesadillas!)

I used to LOVE peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. Then I found peanut butter and banana and I just can't go back.
I would try peanut butter and bacon though.
I guess you can tell that I would eat anything with peanut butter. HA.
ETA: I also love peanut butter on my waffles. But no syrup - just peanut butter.
Grilled cheese and ketchup!
Macaroni and cheese (the boxed kind) with tuna...it's my favorite!

I can't really think of anything weird, but DH thinks its weird that I love to eat egg sandwiches- scrambled egg cooked omelet style, miracle whip and bread/english muffin!
I think it's weird that one of DH's favorite snacks in a plate of potato chips drizzled with mustard
cottage cheese w/ pineapple chunks
basted egg, mashed up and mixed with hashbrowns and sriachia
annie's organic mac n cheese with cut up/fried veggie dogs and steamed broccoli (not too terribly weird and so so delicious!)
my son likes nutella and marshmallow creme sandwiches. he gets maybe 2 a year because it rudes me out!
That sounds delicious!

omg, i'm SO trying this. it sounds incredible!
Me too! Weird! I especially love it if the popcorn is burned slightly but DH hates the smell so I don't get to do it often.
I also like to put lots of butter and jam on a piece of bread and dip it in my mom's beef stew.
I love love love taking a bite of cheeseburger, eating a fry, and then taking a sip of chocolate milk shake. All of the flavors together in my mouth make me happy. :-)
I love Heinz 57 steak sauce on corn. Yum. I put the sauce on corn even if we're not having steaks!
Dang it...now I'm hungry.
gross. but then again, i hate mustard.
Um I do too. I've seen this guy put mustard on just about anything, his dad does it too, it's nasty.
How could I forget - the traditional Mc (maiden name) family breakfast?!? That when described makes most people cringe?
backstory: My dad is one of 9 children, and I can't imagine what it was like to feed all of those kids. On days short on time, grandma would send my dad and his siblings out the door with a piece of peanut butter toast, which she wrapped around 2 sausage links.
We never let a month go by when we don't have peanut butter toast wrapped around sausages. It's the best combo of greasy, salty and sweet.
