2. Which teams do you root for (college, pro, whatever) and why? Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics...for obvious reasons. I haven't found too many college sports fans in New England.
3. Which sport is your favorite to watch? Least favorite? Baseball is my favorite, but football is a close second. Golf is probably my least favorite.
4. Which team(s) is your least favorite? Yankees, Canadiens
5. Did you play any sports in high school or college? No
6. Do you attend many athletic events? If so, which ones? We go to at least one Red Sox game a year and then either a Bruins or Patriots game. We can't go to too many, though because it adds up quickly.
7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? 2008 ALCS Game 5, Sox v. Rays. The Red Sox were down 7-0 in the 7th inning and came back to win it 8-7.

2. Which teams do you root for (college, pro, whatever) and why? Boise State, Eastern Washington and Utah State for college since we're from out there. We also cheer for the Seattle Seahawks, and I'll cheer for Minnesota cause my mom is from there.
3. Which sport is your favorite to watch? Least favorite? Football followed by basketball. Least is baseball on TV and golf
4. Which team(s) is your least favorite? Yankees
5. Did you play any sports in high school or college? Soccer and rugby
6. Do you attend many athletic events? If so, which ones? Constantly on the sideline for high school games, we try and get to as money college games as we can, and if we can swing it a pro game. We are going to BSU-Georgia next week!!
7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? BSU beating Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl

Can I say that's one of my least favorite?
(I'm a K-Stater). If I had to pick one school to also root for in the Big 12 (10??), it would definitely be OSU. We have been to quite a few games down there and the fans are always so nice and Stillwater is a fun town!
Now I have to ask, who was your friend playing for K-State??
1. Where do you live and what do you/your husband do? Detroit suburb. I'm a SAHM to a 3 1/2 yr old girl & a 15 month boy. My husband is a Computer Software Engineer
2. Which teams do you root for (college, pro, whatever) and why? Western Mich. University (my alma mater) & U of Mich. (grew up in MI, you choose either MSU or U of M) for college. Detroit Tigers, Detroit Pistons & Detroit Red Wings: teams I grew up with. I root for the Chicago Bears for NFL since I remember watching them on tv more than the in-state Detroit Lions (which is good for DH, since he grew up in Chicago). I also root for Tenn. Lady Vols for women's college basketball, since I grew up watching them on tv.
3. Which sport is your favorite to watch? I always say whatever is in season, so right now MLB & NFL/College football, in the winter it's college basketball Least favorite? golf, soccer, Nascar & NBA
4. Which team(s) is your least favorite? Ohio State, Dallas Cowboys & NY Yankees
5. Did you play any sports in high school or college? softball & basketball in high school, still play on a rec softball team
6. Do you attend many athletic events? If so, which ones? It's harder w/kids, but we try to attend Detroit Tiger baseball games
7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? the 2005 baseball All-Star game in Detroit! I had wanted to go to a baseball All-Star game since I was a little girl, so when Detroit was going to host it, we got the 2 yr 20 game season tickets so we were guaranteed to go to it. It was an awesome experience, plus it was only a few weeks before my wedding!

7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? Game 3 of the 2003 ALCS when the epic fight happened and Zimmer got thrown to the ground that was pretty epic
. Where do you live and what do you/your husband do? We now live in Las Vegas. DH is in commercial prop management, I'm a SAHM to 2 girls.
2. Which teams do you root for (college, pro, whatever) and why? Texas Aggies! (Class of '98!), Atlanta Braves (for 30 years now), Bowling Green (DH's school)
3. Which sport is your favorite to watch? College football, baseball, College basketball, Soccer (not MLS, but USA, especially World Cup) Least favorite? Boxing, NASCAR
4. Which team(s) is your least favorite? Notre Dame, USC...pretty much any of the overrateds.
5. Did you play any sports in high school or college? I was a cheerleader...so kinda?
6. Do you attend many athletic events? If so, which ones? Not now...hoping to make a few UNLV basketball games this year. Not much around these parts.
7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? I have 2. The A&M/Texas game in '99. One of the most moving moments of my life. The love in Kyle Field that day, from all sides...it's this moment that reminds me WHY this rivalry means so much, and why I hope everyone can push aside all this BS and continue it.
#2 is when A&M beat #3 Nebraska, at Kyle Field, in 1996. Nebraska fans are fanatics, but they're also gracious, fun, and great sports. It made for a great energy in the stadium, on the buses back to our apartment, and in the bars that night. Fans coming together to celebrate football. Awesome.

1. Where do you live and what do you/your husband do? MD/Southern PA line -- I am a Project Manager and DH is a chef.
2. Which teams do you root for (college, pro, whatever) and why? Maryland (I'm a Terp), Ravens (I'm from Baltimore), Capitals (I looooove hockey)
3. Which sport is your favorite to watch? Least favorite? #1 Football Least - anything to do with race cars
4. Which team(s) is your least favorite? Yankees (I'm an old school Baltimore Orioles fan) and of course the Steelers (sorry again from Baltimore)
5. Did you play any sports in high school or college?No but I took gymnastics, swimming and figure skating as a kid
6. Do you attend many athletic events? If so, which ones? Ravens and Caps games -- sometimes a Hershey Bears game (awesome AHL hockey team)
7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? I was at Cal Ripken's final baseball game. It was incredible. Lots of famous people including Bill Clinton. There were sharp shooters on the stadium lights because this was about 3 weeks post 9-11 and Clinton threw out the first pitch.

1. Where do you live and what do you/your husband do? - central PA, I do marketing for a beverage distributor and DH is an accountant
2. Which teams do you root for (college, pro, whatever) and why? - I'm from Philly originally, so any Philly team. Ironically, the Braves are my fave baseball team though, so the only time I don't root for the Phils is when they're playing the Braves
DH is a Redskins fan, booo!
3. Which sport is your favorite to watch? Least favorite? - fave is football, least fave is golf (although I do like to play golf)

5. Did you play any sports in high school or college? - played softball and soccer in high school
6. Do you attend many athletic events? If so, which ones? - not too many. I take my dad to a Phillies game every year for his fathers day present, that's about it. I've been to several NFL games, a couple college football games, and a couple of NHL and NBA games but mainly when I was younger.
7. What is your favorite sports moment that you were a part of/witnessed in person? - well it isn't a historic game, but my fave was when I got a foul ball at a Phillies game when I was in middle school. I still have it . Oh, and we went to the Olympics in Atlanta, so that was cool too.
