Re: Thursday Randoms
Awww, yay! If only kids could realize how AWESOME naps are and never fight them.
I don't have a jacket yet, but some ladies on H&F do. Come on over and ask what they think!

That makes sense, given how much wear you get out of your running clothes. My yoga attire is only worn 1-2/week, so probably not as justified.
In your opinion, the quality of the products is superior, though?
GRSP,
Congrats on naptime victory!
Also, I've been meaning to tell you that I've been thinking about you and your anniversary party this week. I hope it comes together fabulously and everyone has a great time. I know it's been stressful during the planning stages, working with your siblings and all.
Swim lessons for my little dude start tonight.
Aww. Have fun!
Does anyone else feel like there have been more home break-ins in west Michigan lately? I feel like there's been an uptick in reports on Mlive.
It's making me paranoid.
I can check with my Dad if it would make you feel better.
Aw, thanks. I could just look up that crime stats website too. I just seem to be noticing more on Mlive.
There have been more. Our neighborhood association sends out notices, and one of the most recent ones said that the whole city has seen a jump in B&Es.
YAY HENRY! I love naptime

Yes indeed. The materials are amazingly soft and get softer with each use.
Each piece is thoughtfully made--with zip pockets when possible, wide, soft waistbands, hidden pockets that are much easier to access than the ones in my Nike shorts, shirts with drawstrings to eliminate my mom-flub peeking out during a run (the blue Nike top in my sig pic did just this at my last marathon--sucky photos!), shirts with *pockets* which are a rare running-clothes find...
The liners in the shorts/skirts are very comfortable material, not scratchy and thin/cheap feeling like so many other pairs of running shorts I've owned. The details--ruffles on a shirt, or a flouncy-backed skirt, for example--make me happy, and even though I know it's not about looking good (really, when you run for hours, you *can't* look good) they make me *feel* good. Mentality is half the battle.
Also, and I haven't had much chance to experience this since I run from home 99% of the time, devotees say they can wear their workout gear for more than just working out since it doesn't scream "I JUST CAME FROM THE GYM!"
