Ten Things Tuesday
1. I'm about ready to go to bed after feeding Lily and thought I'd hop online and do "Ten Things Tuesday" beforehand.
2. I'm feeling very proactive since I don't think we've ever started it this "early" before. 
3. This morning there were so many little leaves falling from a tree outside that it looked like it was raining leaves. It was pretty cool.
4. Today was my first official day as a SAHM of two, since DH went back to work today.
5. I survived.
6. I have a MIL story that I'd like to share, but for some reason I always feel kinda' bad when I talk about here on here, even though I know she'd never see it.
7. I enjoy the word "tomfoolery".
8. I've already lost 18lbs since last Friday and this makes me happy.
9. I realize that 7lbs of that was Lily, but I'm still counting it.
10. DH sprayed the outside of the windows/doors this past weekend in an attempt to stop any bugs from coming in as the temperatures drop. *Fingers crossed*
Re: Ten Things Tuesday
1. I am glad we are starting Ten Things Tuesday early since I can't sleep - it gives me something to do.
2. I'm also watching Mad Men which I'm really getting into
3. I was having nightmares about cockroaches being in my house/on me.
4. I think I have PTSD from that roach encounter today
5. I also dreamed that DH was going to be euthanized... That was awful.
6. No wonder I can't sleep.
7. I hurt my wrist last week and it still hurts.
8. DH and I are looking at 2 bedroom apartment probably tomorrow.
9. I kind of want to move because I'd love the space, but it's more expensive and we don't NEED the space.
10. It's Taco Tuesday. YAY!
1. I like doing this early because I've been super busy at work lately and haven't had the chance to post.
2. I feel asleep at 8:30 last night and I'm still exhausted.
3. This may be because Bella (our cat) came in about 3 times last night meowing up a storm because she wanted to play. She always settles down quickly and snuggles but it still exhausting. She is now sound asleep on my lap. Go figure.
4. I have to drive up to East Lansing for work this afternoon and I'm very thankful to get out of downtown before traffic gets bad for the game.
5. They are repaving our lot at work so we have to park further away which adds about 10 minutes to my travel time. It's really hard to get into a different routine in order to make up for this.
6. I had to get a tetanus shot on Sunday and my arm is still killing me!
7. I love the smileys on TN much better than TK.
8. Ritzy makes me laugh with her stories and use of smileys.
9. Our neighbors dog has been pooping in our yard and I have no idea how to approach them about it considering I just met the woman on Sunday.
10. I am loving this wonderful weather we've been having lately!
1. I woke up with a scratchy throat this morning.
2. I'm hoping #1 is just allergies and I'm not getting a cold.
3. I love how quiet it is at work early in the morning.
4. DH asked me what I wanted for Christmas and my birthday and so far I can only think of one thing.
5. I really want a fresh, hot, cider mill donut!
6. I'm not sure why I have such a sweet tooth lately.
7. I'm glad I took the time to put something in the crockpot this morning so I don't have to worry about cooking dinner when I get home!
8. I'm trying a new pork loin recipe and I hope it's delicious.
9. DH bought some parmesan pepper bread from Zingerman's the other day and that stuff is amazing!
10. I'm glad that bread is almost gone so I'm not tempted to keep eating it.
1. I came home from work yesterday and it took me an hour to rake and burn all the leaves that were in our driveway.
2. I was going to do #1 on Sunday, but the leaves were falling off the tree like rain, so there wouldnt have been a point in doing it then.
3. I think I irritated my neighbor who was also out rakin gleaves yesterday, as all the smoke blew into her yard.
4. Today when I get home I have to rake the front yard. Then the front of the house will look semi-decent.
5. Raking the backyard is a whole different story....I need a leaf blower.
6. Good thing I came into work early, my patient for the day showed up half an hour early for his appointment.
7. As much as I love watching the Lions, I couldnt stay wake last night to watch the game. I was in bed just after half time. I slept like a log all night.
8. Its only Tuesday and I cant wait for this work week to be over.
9. I finished two crocheting two blankets this past week and I am excited they are done.
10. Now I am working on this really cute crocheted Gingerbread house. I found the pattern in a magazine while standing in line at Joann....
1. Wow, this is going to make me feel like I've had a productive day already!
2. I had dinner with friends last night and it was a lot of fun!
3. I ordered a large pizza just for myself, mostly so I could bring DH home some pizza and so we would have it for lunch today.
4. I felt like the fatty at the table ordering a whole large pizza and everyone else ordered salads and sandwiches, lol.
5. I got over it and enjoyed my pizza!
6. DH is wonderful, when I got home from dinner he had cleaned up the rest of the yard and done more work on the landscaping.
7. I'm really excited for the way the yard looks!
8. I think DH is finally getting excited about the landscaping, and is interested in making it look nice, (I think originally he helped out just to make me happy, and so I would stop bugging him about it)
9. My bulbs are in the mail! They are scheduled to arrive today!
10. I also ordered some stuff off Amazon for my neighbor that will be delivered tomorrow... The UPS guy is going to start hating me, lol

1. I don't do well with people yelling at me when I first walk into the office and then to yell at me and not even explain what is going on was even more frustrating... maybe that's way I snapped back at the guy... Oh well that was a great start to my Tuesday.
2. Argh, how is it only Tuesday....
3. I have dinner cooking in the crock-pot, which means I might have time to take Morgan up to the park once I get home from work today!
4. I stopped at Tim Hortons this AM and realize that their little combo deals get me every time, I should just order a coffee and bagel, instead I get the combo and get a donut too.. Now I have a donut sitting in a bag at my desk just waiting for me to eat.
5. Morgan's Halloween costume is going to get delivered today and I can't wait to see it. I hope it fits her.
6. There is a big game this weekend.... GO BLUE:)
7. I watched the second half of the Kardashian wedding last night and sadly I feel that family sucks me in.. I kinda of like Kris (the new hubby) and his smart 8ss comments.
8. I forgot my lunch today which means I will need to run out.. This annoys me because my lunch was all made, I just forgot to grab it.
9. #1 is still bugging me..
10. Is it 5pm yet...
1. I am the opposite of everyone because it's too early for ten things. I can't think straight without more coffee. It's sad.
2. DH is oot and the cats decided to sleep in his spot last night.
3. I woke up in the middle of the night to two cats sleeping end to end so that they took up space from my head level to my knees. Cute kitties.
4. Why do we have this
but no kitty? Not cool nest.
5. My friend came over last night and we had some wine while we chatted. I slept like a log. Yay wine!
6. I went to the outlet Saturday and ended up buying 4 bags full of clothes.
7. The sad part about #6 is that it was all for DH. Well, I bought one sweater for me, but the rest was all stuff for him. He really needed clothes though.
8. I have to take some of it back today.
9. DH is spoiled.
10. It's just better if I shop for him. He is totally a guy when it comes to clothes and would dress in light colored jeans and plain tshirts at all times if I didn't shop for him. Yes, light color jeans. Ahhhh!
1) I could watch reruns of Friends everyday all day.
2) I am getting nervous about driving 20 hours in the car with a cat that isn't a very happy car traveler.
3) I never realized how well liked I was at work until I started telling people I was leaving this winter. I never thought people would get as upset and emotional as they did.
4) I'm so excited to be off today
5) But being off means I need to do HW which is not exciting
6) My cat saw another cat for the first time today and she is having a melt down and meowing like I have never heard before
7) I want to plan a trip to Alaska but with the move I don't think we can afford it this year
8) My favorite part of fall is all the pumpkin stuff. I just found a recipe for pull apart cinnamon sugar pumpkin bread and I am itchin to make it.
9) I am standing up in my step sister's wedding in November and have to wear a dress that makes me look like this:
10) It cost me $81 to get the grimace dress altered and it bums me out to spend that much on a dress I loath
2. Follow up to #1, the house is too far from work.
3. Last night I started to regret rerscinding the offer and started thinking how much I liked the house.
4. We plan to rent an apt until we find a house and I'm excited to get my bed out of storage.
5. We did look at 2 houses last night in Rochester and they were both dumps. I swear I walked into the show - Hoarders.
6. I forgot my lunch and now I have to get a delicious sandwich downstairs. YES!!
7. I'm really embarassed about my toenails, but I'm too lazy to get a pedicure or paint them.
8. There is only 74 days until Christmas and I'm excited!!
9. I'm going to Florida for Christmas and go snorkeling in the Keys.
10. I have the BEP song - I gotta a feeling in my head and can't get it out! AHH!!
1. My first baby shower is this weekend and I'm excited! I'm a shameless registry stalker.
2. I woke up starving today, as always. So far I've had breakfast, plus a second breakfast of cereal 2 hours after first breakfast, and now I think I'll go have a yogurt. How have I only put on 2 lbs?
3. DH is going to the Tigers game tonight. I'm secretly glad...I don't want to watch any more sports and could use a night of having the tv to myself!
4. We have a cleaning lady starting today (hallelujah) and I can't wait to get home to a nice clean house.
5. We took our dog to doggie day care to avoid any encounter with the cleaning lady. I hope she likes it. She is more of a cuddler than a player...I hope she has fun.
6. I finally got the guts to post from my office computer instead of my phone.
7. But, I'm too busy at work to do much nesting.
8. I had my first Columbus day off yesterday. It. was. awesome. Private practice can suck it.
9. Baby is really kicking up a storm in there.
10. I got two packages from UPS yesterday---one from my parents with baby clothes, and one from Target with a pretty maternity dress that I love. Pink and ruffles!

1. Peyton's day care just called to say they have had a few cases of Hand, Foot, and Mouth going around her room. Ugh, all I need is for her to end up sick on her birthday!
2. Peyton had the flu last week and I ended up getting it too. I have been super afraid that it was morning sickness and I would have died becuase there is NO way I could have dealt with that for several more weeks to months. Luckily, I feel better so far today.
3. My dogs are driving me insane lately. So much so, that poor Hank is still in his cage and I have no intention of letting him out before I go to work (DH already took him out and fed him this morning).
4. I have so much stuff to do to get ready for Peyton's party.
5. Our house is a disaster area.
6. They are still building the house behind us and they weren't there at all yesterday... until 630 last night. Who starts working on a house at 630 at night when my child is trying to sleep?!
7. I have noticed that all of my things are quite negative.
8. We are going to Halloween Nights at Greenfield Village on Sunday and I'm super excited about it.
9. There, that last one was positive.
10. I am also excited to have the summer off of work after this new LO is born.

This always happens to me too. Whenever I think of something that I'd like or want, I try to add it to a list I have on my computer. That way I have some ideas when people ask me. I write down ideas that come up for other people as well that way I'm not so clueless when gift time rolls around.
Only an hour? From your pictures on FB, I figured you'd be out there all day long. lol
Were they confused and thought their appt. was earlier than it was? I can't stand it when people arrive super early like that. IMO, it's almost as rude as arriving super late.

I ordered tulips, crocuses, purple coneflowers (which aren't bulbs), Shasta daisies (also not blubs), Allium, Alpine Rosy Bells and Dwarf Asters (again, not blubs). I also have some grape hyacinths that I picked up from the store and more tulips! Now I just need to find some shrubs and maybe some black eyed susan's (one of my favorite flowers!) and I should be good for the year!
