    I get to spend Christmas, New Years, AND G's Bday with him!!!!!  All in one trip!!  I can't freaking wait.  That's what I was on the phone for, but I didn't want to jinx it by typing it. 

    I had found a fare online and went to book it, but it gave me an error.  So I called continental (the first time) and the guy wasn't very nice.  He told me that the website was pulling up an old price from my cookies and there was nothing he could do.  He quoted a price almost $100 higher than the online price.  So I deleted the cookies, rebooted, and tried again.  Still showed the same price, gave the same error.  Called back, sat on hold another 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer.  Nicest guy ever.  He stayed on the phone with my for 50 minutes until he found a way to make the trip work.  It's a little more than the fare that was online, but it's a direct flight both ways (the original had a layover in CHI...1.25 hours going, 2.5 hours coming back).  So I'm ok with paying a few more dollars. 

    I cried when the guy told me that he figured it out.  I had gone off at him earlier
    (told him I was sorry, and I knew it wasn't his fault, I was just so frustrated).  He said it was fine and apologized to me.  I think I thanked him 10 times at the end of the call.  As I cried.  LOL.  EEEEEEKKKKK!!!!!!
