Dear Snack Drawer at Work -
I am so thankful that I bit the bullet and spent $50 to fill you up. You're a much better alternative than our vending machine.

Dear DH,
I love you, but you have been driving me a little crazy lately. Just settle down! :-P

Dear friend who became uber religious and won't have anything to do with anyone anymore-
Happy Birthday!
Dear step mom-
Yes, there can be overweight vegetarian's in the world. They just don't eat meat, veggies or fruit, just a lot of cheese pizza, spaghetti and a bunch of other carbs. No need to get snarky about it, btw.
Dear plumber-
I sure hope you can make it out today and fix our shower.
Dear professor- I am very sorry you have food poisioning but not at all sad about you cancelling class/postponing presentations until Wednesday. Feel better! - Leslie
Dear Nesties - Anyone hear about the Selena Gomez drama with Kidd Kraddick? What a cluster. Opinions? - Leslie
Dear Jaschelle - Come talk to us during the day! We're nice! - Leslie
Non-OL:
I woke up feeling like poo x2 this morning but I took so cold meds, took an Advil and drank a non-fat, no whip, Java Chip frap. I am feeling considerably more human.
Dear Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer,
You are delicious!
~Coffee Lover
Dear Sinus Cold,
Please go away. You have been lingering for a week now. I'm tired of you.

Leslie -
I did. And honestly, I feel sorry for KKITM. And I am AMAZED how crazy the Beiber/Selena fans get. Threatening to blow his car up!?

Dear Nesties,
I got a new tattoo yesterday.

Dear Trainer,
I think it was a dirty mean trick to lead us all to believe we were doing our standard one minute sets of plank, and then tell us later that they were two minutes long. But hey... I did it, so there.

Dear Leslie,
I don't listen to the radio, so you'll have to tell me about the Selena Gomez drama. I think that little girl is about the world's most adorable human.

Just got a voicemail that my great-aunt is in the ICU with pnuemonia. Unfortunately she is 92, so this may be the end, the doctors are saying it does not look good. She raised my Granny when my Great-Grandmother had to go to work after my Great-Grandfather died in a car accident in the 1940's, so our family cares for her very much.
Dear Amanda,
I was wondering where you've been! How are you doing? :-)
Dear Leslie,
I'm so sorry to hear that :-(
Dear Chelsea,
I'm jealous of your tattoo! I was supposed to go get mine last Friday, but DH freaked out right before and told me he didn't want me getting one...

Dear Freshly Inked Chelsea,
Do share!! What did you get?
Dear Leslie,
Ah I'm so sorry to hear about your great-aunt. T&Ps.
Dear Sarah,
You're too sweet, thanks for asking. I'm doing better... it's been a slow process. I am finished with my treatment (which wasn't all that fun) & I've been taking thyroid meds for a couple weeks now. I'm still not my normal self, but I'm getting there.
~Mandaroo
I am so sorry to hear this, but don't give up faith! My great grandmother went into ICU with pnuemonia when she was 96 and survived another 4 years! Thoughts and prayers for your family and your great-aunt.

Chelsea,
Please tell us details!
Leslie,
I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well and about your grandmother. Prayer to her.
Dear sleep,
Where did you go last night? I had thoughts of running, but I still can't do that. I was up all night!! - Ms. Sleepy!
Dear knee,
Please get better soon. Being in pain all weekend was not fun and I would really like to get back to working out. I feel like a blob who has gained 5 pounds since not being able to be active. - ready to lose weight
Dear work,
I loved having off from you yesterday. It made me realize how badly I need to move closer to home. I loved having the extra hour with DH. It made the evening seem so much longer. Don't get me wrong I'm so happy to have you I just need you to be in FW. - tired commuter

Sarah,
That's a serious bummer. I'm sorry he freaked on you. I don't know what I'd do if Mack didn't appreciate ink. I mean, I'd probably respect his wishes, but it would definitely be a point of contention.
Amanda,
I think I've explained before that I'm starting my half-sleeve next year. It was supposed to start this year, but I'm the MOH in a wedding at the end of February, and she asked me not to start it before her wedding (mostly just because it wouldn't be completely done by then), so we pushed the sleeve back 'til spring. I got the "spine" part of the design, though... in the middle of the inside of my upper left arm. Here's a picture:
ETA: Grrr... that didn't work. Maybe this?
Sorry, that's huge.
Deepthi, I'm so sorry about your knee! I hope you get some relief soon.
Nesties, can any of you see my siggy? It's just looking like a line for me, which is weird, but kind of par for the course as far as my luck on the internet goes today.
Leslies, Prayers going up for your family!!
Leslie, I'm so sorry to hear about that, I'll be thinking about your family.
Julie, Thanks for the heads up about the Coach tablet cases. My sister and I are going in on a red patent leather one for her, and she's going to go ape. I just signed up for their email list, so hopefully I'll get the coupon code soon!
Dear Hot Cocoa, I don't know why I've been craving you everyday, but I can't seem to quit you lately! Get out of my head!
ETA: Lacey, thanks for reminding me about etsy (why do I always forget about it?), I found the perfect gift for my dad on there.
Chelsea,
That's very cool and I do remember you telling us about your sleeve!
And nope can't see your siggy anymore? Weird.
Your sig is always a line for me at work but at home and on my phone I can see it. No idea why, I always just thought it was my work computer.
Thanks for the good wishes ladies, hopefully she will pull through.
Re: Selena Gomez - I am not 100% sure but what I gathered is that yesterday KKITM was joking about something to do with Selena's mom having a baby and some random Tweeted that Kidd said he hoped Selena's mom would have a miscarriage, which was not at all what was said. Rather than fact checking, Selena reacted, tweeted it to her fans and she and Justin's rabid fan base started going crazy on KKITM. Death threats and all.
It was all a big misunderstanding but it's a mess.
ETA: A story about it: http://www.dfw.com/2011/11/28/543634/selena-gomez-vs-kidd-kraddick.html
Leslie - T&P's for your family.
Amanda - So glad you are feeling better, but I hope you get to your normal self soon!
Bootcamp Nesties - Have fun tonight, I'm going in the morning as we have dog training tonight. Ugh, it has been a jigsaw puzzle to fit everything in lately!

Hobby Lobby - I should know better than to enter your store at Christmas time. I think I spent more because of the 50% off sale!

Amanda- I am so glad to hear that you are doing better :-)
Chelsea- For some reason, your siggy pic has always been a line for me :-/. Yea I certainly wasn't happy when he said that right before the freaking appointment! Especially since I had to work up the courage to do it in the first place! He said he was worried about it getting infected or the fact that I didn't personally know the artist, so what if he messed it up. And he got a tattoo in freaking Mexico of all places!

Well GRR! I had no idea my siggy wasn't showing up. I'll see if I can figure that mess out.
ETA: I had to reload some drives on my computer this morning, and was using Internet Explorer for a while. It didn't show up there. Now I'm back on Firefox *thank GOD*, and it's showing up just fine.
Sarah, I REALLY don't get that. Of my three tattoos, only one of them have I known the artist. NONE of them were freehanded... the design was transfered and traced. If you like the design when it's a transfer, you'll like it when it's done. If you're going to a reputable place, these are professionals who's livelihood depends on them having happy clients and doing good work. The tattoo you were talking about getting is super simple. I can't imagine being worried about something like that. Do you think he's just making an excuse because he doesn't want you to get the tattoo?
Leslie, I am sorry to hear about your bad news. I also thought you were talking about me with that food poisoning comment.
Dear photographer,
Your latest blog post is from a November 1 shoot, I really hope that means I am next.
<a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v123/magicwombat/?action=view
I told him he was being a hypocrite because he had one and he said he was young and stupid when he got it. Well I'm still young and I don't think it's stupid what I want. I think he was really embarrassed that he felt that way actually because he didn't want me telling anyone the reason I wasn't getting it. I just thought it was odd.
It also probably didn't help that I had previously told him that one of my coworkers had a tattoo done on her ribs and afterwards, chunks of her skin came off. Gross! But it was because it was filled in and he went over it too much. His family members and friends all have tattoos and I asked if any of them had ever gotten infected. He said no..

Leslie - I'm so sorry for your great aunt, sending thoughts and prayers for your family.
Amanda - I'm glad to hear that you're doing better and I hope meds speed up so you can feel like you're normal self soon!
Sarah - Sorry your DH wasn't on board with your tattoo...do you think he will come around so you can get it?
Chelsea - I can see your siggy pic, and I'm interested to see how your half sleeve turns out. My DH was starting his sleeve when we first met, but hasn't been able to finish it with money going to the wedding, bills, vacations and whatnot. He did get another tattoo which was a representation of both of us on his other arm right before the wedding and it made me tear up.

Thanks girls! In case I didn't explain, it's Mack's handwriting.
I'm not big on names/faces in tattoos, but definitely a symbol of the person. When Mack and I first started dating 8 years ago, I was still having night terrors and flash backs as a result of domestic abuse. If I got freaked in the middle of the night, he'd rub my back and hum to me and say that everything was fine. Since then, any time I'm freaking about anything, he just really easily says, "Everything is fine". Not in a flippant way... in a confident, "I'm going to take care of you" way.
SO, the first time I heard Josh Turner's song, "Everything Is Fine", I burst into tears, because it's so so so so so perfect, and it's now one of my favorite songs of all time. Now, I have it on me!
Constant comfort and reassurance from the love of my life.
That's awesome!
BTW- I've always been able to see your picture, but I'm always using firefox on a Mac.

Ladies -
Have you ever had a dream so real, and so scary that when you wake up, you don't want to talk about it or even describe ANYTHING for fear that it may come true? Sorry to be so vague, but I had one of those dreams last night and it scared the crap out of me.

Bio
YES.
<a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v123/magicwombat/?action=view
Chelsea - It always looks like a line to me, except on my phone, where I can see it just fine.
Brianna - I have had those dreams sometimes. They are horrible. I dream about loved ones dying, being hurt, or that type of thing, and it helps me to not think about the dream, but think about the loved one in a very positive way - like, all of my favorite features or memories of that person. Then if pieces of the dream sneak back into your waking thoughts, I will, out loud, tell myself to stop thinking that, and go back to happy thoughts.
We're interviewing someone today to fill one of two positions, and my boss really liked her... I hope she takes the job, because we really need bodies before the spring rolls around!!
Brianna - I rarely remember dreams but when I do they tend to be so effed up that I feel the same way. The subconcious mind can be a scary place sometimes.
The woman on one of the infertility blogs I read posted today about her son's 7th birthday and I realized that I was reading her blog when she was pregnant. Time goes by so quickly.
