Re: Spanking your children?
Do you troll the internet searching for the keyword "spank"? You've had six posts on TN/TB, all regarding spanking, and a Google of your screen name shows you're clearly interested in the subject. Do you work for one of the organizations you recommended?
My parents were pro-spanking with my first 3 siblings, but apparently changed their mind by the time I came around. They used guilt as an extremely effective discipline method for me (which I still feel psychological scars from).
H was a wild child and was spanked on a regular basis for just about everything.
We will probably save spanking for emergency situations only. I don't relish the idea of raising my hand to a child but at some point it might be necessary.
