how often does your family eat out/take out dinner?

a lot. I have breakfast w/my Dad every sunday at the diner. Wednesday I usually pick something up and bring it to his house so we can have dinner together. Fridays we go to a pizza place (I don't always have pizza) after G's karate class. We probably go out to dinner every other saturday night. there are a lot of healthy options to get in most places, you  just have to do your research first.  

I have little will power lately. I know that I can skip fried rice, yet I can't! It's all me...

I'd say we get take out once a month, either pizza or chinese.  We only eat out as a family for breakfast, never dinner and that's also maybe once a month.

I'm trying to limit us to four times a month, but last night there were problems with dinner and we ended up at Moe's.  It was awesome, and it happened to be free kids night, so that worked out well!!!

We sometimes also get lunch or breakfast on the weekend.  Neither of us gets lunch on workdays because 22 minutes isn't enough time.

Since last March, we've not eaten a home prepared meal about 5 times.  My husband has celiac disease and almost never eats food that doesn't come with a label.

Not too often. We do get take out maybe 1x a week on either Friday or Saturday. It will usually be Chipotle burrito or taco, Chinese food or Thai food. We cook something every night of the week but have what we need in house so we don't have to run to the store to get anything else. We also do alot of recycled meals. Like on Sunday we grill a lot of chicken and that is used during the week for lunch, fajita's for dinner, chicken salad, etc..

We usually have pizza night at my MIL's house one night during the week and then on Saturdays we sometimes go out to eat or takeout.  Otherwise we cook everynight and for the most part bring our lunches to work.

Take out maybe once every other week (usually pizza).  We eat out once a week.
