Are Coach bags out?

Re: Are Coach bags out?

  • I've heard that Coach has a great warranty!

I never got into the Coach brand myself. I just feel like it's not my taste, but I suppose I have no real reason for that.

It's interesting how brand loyalty can often come from an unknown source.
  • I have a really nice classic leather coach purse that I get compliments on all the time. I think the logo ones have been ruined by so many people purchasing them at outlets.

If the zipper, strap or even the string is undone, Coach will replace, equal value! You're bag is guaranteed, just like VS bras. If the write ever popped out, get a new bra! My diaper bag strap started to undo, I took it and they were going to get my "damaged" bag and give me a brand new one.

I love my Coach bags.  I have 5 leather ones that I get compliments on all the time.  I've had two of them for several years and they still look new.  The last one I bought was last month.  It was a $1000 Pheobe that when I got it home wasn't exactly to my taste.  I sold it on ebay for a profit in less than seven days.  I'm thiking Coach must not be too passe to garner that kind of loyalty, attention and price. Even it was passe, who cares.  if you love it, wear it.
  • I think that a lot of the leather options that Coach makes are timeless. I have only seen a handful of Coach bags in the entire selection that I would say “meh” to. I think that you ultimately have to decide for yourself what the right choice is – if you are worried about it ‘being out of style’ I’d say you that you decide what you think looks good.

  • I love  the quality and durability of my Coach bags! I've had 3, all part of the Signature series, which I received as gifts. I gave my first one away because it was just too small for my needs. My second one just got sent away to Jacksonville for repairs to the zipper, but I'm kind of hoping that where it's a couple years old, Coach will just say "eff it" and give me a credit so I can buy a leather one.

(My newest Coach is another signature one that FMIL bought for me, and I'm torn between using it in place of my damaged bag, or returning it while it's still unused and exchanging it for a leather one) . She buys them as Christmas gifts during her annual trip to Freeport, and I feel like it's a itchy move for me to tell her I only like leather ones now. Or is it itchy not to tell her (I still use them and really like the structure and quality workmanship)? :S
