I definitely would! I think it's super cute.
Right now there's me, DH, a three yr old, a nearly 1 yr old, a 120 lb dog and a 70 lb dog in a 950 sq ft apt. Soon we'll add a newborn. 650 sq ft for one person sounds pretty amazing to me right now
650 sq ft for one person is small? I really don't think so. Mine is under 400 and I am perfectly fine there, even though that is small. lol

I would def. rather live in a small place by myself than a larger place with roomates. I lived in a small one bedroom for 3 years when I was single and I loved it. I miss it somedays.
One person can live in a small space quite comfortably. With each person you add the space required goes up exponentially.
