I will give you a compliment: I think you are incredibly intelligent and wise on a lot of issues. You are also supercute. And I covet your house.

I'll take some advice. WWYD-
Option A- live with my parents indefinitely, since I can't file for divorce until November and I'll at least be paying the mortgage until then, but probably past then as well
Option B- get a part-time waitressing job and move out, most likely living with a roommate or two.
I'll be 30 in June. I've never lived on my own, with roommates or not. I went right from my parents to living with xh. I'm dying to get out on my own. But, I feel slightly ridiculous waiting tables considering the money I make at my full-time job.
You are adorable! I loved meeting you. No insults, can't do it! No, I do not like Santa Monuca better than Santa Barbara. SB is my favorite place on earth and I can't wait to move back. But my job requires me to be here so . . .

I think you're incredibly interesting and it's weird how often you pop up into my mind on a weekly basis, probably.
Just little things... hearing Cold Play on the radio... folding my sheets and wondering what they'd be like IRONED!? lol.. 
... huskies walking by on a leash... etc... Besides, you and I were here together in the very beginning. and maaaaan, what a long way we've both come, huh? 
You are a genuinely good person. I admire your commitment to your profession. Oh shoot. An insult? You sacrifice too much!
Option B. You need to be on your own, and waitressing is fun (for a while). Get a month-to-month lease and if you can't hack it, move back home. But you need to assert your independence!

OMG, you are so much fun. If you lived closer I'd want to be drinking buddies. You have great energy. Insult? I guess I'll say you are very outspoken. But I like outspoken and am myself so I don't really consider that a negative attribute.
