Re: What'd you do today?
To the park, and then another because Rocco wanted to go to the park that had the bouncy bugs. Then haircuts for Rocco and H, lunch at Panera (which, IMO, is ridiculously overrated) , Kappy's, home, nap, to the gym for family swim, dinner...now, he sleeps. And I am drinking a Magic Hat (Elder Betty. Mmmm).
Today was busy!
I got up and took photos of DD.
Went to church.
Came home and made/ate lasagna for lunch.
Went to grocery store.
Went to late afternoon baseball game.
We had a fun day! DH's BFF visited us yesterday and stayed overnight and stayed for breakfast. After he left we relaxed a bit, then made a Target run. Our friend's family owns a greenhouse/farm by us and they had their open house so we went to that too. The kids got balloon animals, got to play with our friends' kids and see a brand new baby sheep and chase chickens.
We took an afternoon nap and I went to the Y while everyone was still sleeping.
We had skinnytaste fried brown rice and Portuguese sausage for dinner. Yum!
I want to eat at your house!

haha, thanks! Sunday dinner is becoming our new tradition. I'm thinking about making chicken cacciatori next week.
and I forgot to mention (shame on me) I went to church this morning.

Oh, and I woke up and lounged and then went to work all day, so nothign to report from me today. I had a crazy busy past 3 days though.
Today not a lot.
We slept in a bit, made pancakes. Cleaned up and lazed around - then H and L took a nap while I cleaned and did laundry.
After nap - went to target and the grocery store.
More laundry. Made dinner. More laundry (omg, and it's still not done).
Still trying to convince L to go to bed.
Went downtown to meet up with an old friend from high school for breakfast, which was awesome and she's just the same.
Came home, read a book while helping KHC put together the latest Lego acquisition.
Washed both cars and all the outdoor furniture and porch rails.
Had tuna fish sandwiches for lunch with extra pickles.
Napped on the couch with KHC for a while.
Did my nails while H took KHC next door to play.
Ate dinner, ran a bath for KHC, put him to bed.
Had mad sex with H on the couch downstairs.
Now it's bedtime.
All in all, an excellent day.
