Re: what is your profession?
I'm a medical records analyst. (NOT a transcriptionist or coder)
I review medical records for a group of physicians and provide them with a written-down "short version" of a patient's medical treatment. The doctors can review the records themselves, but they don't want to take the hours it would take to dictate out a summary of 200+ (sometimes closer to 2000) pages. That's where I come in.

Creative thinker. Not very lucrative, but very time consuming.
I am a costume designer/seamstress, with a part time business with a friend...mostly making tutus and other dance costumes, but we have done skating dresses, wedding dresses, home decor related sewing (slipcovers, curtains, pillows, etc.) and I sometimes make props.
I'm the Director of Homebound Education (think homeschool for deliquents), student teacher supervisor and building sub.
I also run a dairy farm with H.
I'm an elementary music teacher and a handbell director. I have taught elementary music for 15 years. I 2004 I founded an advanced community handbell ensemble and I have had many wonderful experiences with them.
