  • Diamonds. I only eat diamonds.
  • All I know is we're having grilled steaks with corn on the cob one day this week.

    Other than that, I have no idea. I just mix drinks while H grills.

  • black bean soup is all I know of right now.
  • well since I have some weird stomach thing going for me Jello and popsicles, for the hubby what every he finds in the fridge. Usually a peanut butter and syrup sandwhich or something that reminds me he really was a bachelor :)

  • Homemade Asian! Baked sweet & sour chicken with spicy noodles and steamed broccoli. Homemade breads & cookies as well! 
  • On the menu this week:

    Monday: Lasagna Rolls topped with Zuchini, Tomatoes, & onions Homemade garlic bread, & Greek Salad

    Tuesday: Ham, basil, and swiss cheese rolled into a Chicken breast, with a side of homemade fries and Brussell Sprouts

    Wednsday: Whole chicken zested with Lemon & Sun dried tomato under the skin with Long grain wild rice & green Bean almondine

    Thursday: Grilled Tofu, Basil Basmati Rice & broccoli

    Friday: Going out to dinner for date night.

  • So far this week in no specific order I plan on: 1. Spaghetti & Meatballs with Salad, 2. Porkchops and Mashed Potatoes, 3. Tuna Melts and chips, 4. Hot Dogs and Mac-n-Cheese, and 5. Dinner Out!! That is dinner for the Week! :)
  • I have two menus this week, since I need to eat healthier than the kids (H is out of town this week working):

    For me: Monday - Friday: Green Salad with Grilled Chicken

    For the kids: Monday, Kid Cuisine Chicken Nuggets and Stouffer's Salisbury Steak

    Tues. - same as Monday (they picked their own at the grocery store)

    Wed. - Pizzas

    Thurs - Fri. - not sure yet, since I have not been shopping for the rest of the week

  • Tonight: Corned beef and tres leches cupcakes
    Tomorrow: Crab cakes
    Wednesday: Turkey tenderloin with sweet potatoes
    Thursday: leftovers and spinach salad
    Friday: Ribs... mmmm!

  • Grilled chicken with a different marinade each day. Some veggies. Some pasta or potatoes. Oh and maybe salad.

    H is the chef so I let him surprise me.

  • Fast flavorful and fabulous: Cook any kind of ravioli you like - preferably a fresh version from the refrigerator section at the store. While the pasta cooks, put 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan on med-low heat, add a couple teaspoons of garlic powder (or fresh garlic if you have time), oregano and red pepper to taste. When pasta is done, mix it all together, add a dash of parmigiana on top and PRESTO! Restaurant quality dinner in under 15 minutes. I made it two nights in a row this week and it was amazing both times! Other than that, we will likely do Taco Tuesday, and I plan to bake Banana Nut Muffins tomorrow!

     

  • Have not figured out the whole menu yet... today we are grilling burgers outside, with baked beans and salad! Good luck to everyone!!

  • cobb salad, shrimp pasta, chicken gorgonzola wraps, london broil with potatoes and broccoli, bbq pulled pork, and some homemade carrot cake. 
  • Burgers with fried egg, onions and gorgonzola cheese!

  • Working on making more frozen meals for when the baby comes. Just not sure what yet.

  • I actually have a menu this week! No lazy nights for me.

    Tonight is mozzarella stuffed meatballs, with whole wheat spaghetti and roast garlic marinara.

    In no particular order my other meals are:

    Black bean burgers and sweet potato fries, with a barbecue fry sauce.
    Teriyaki chicken yakisoba, and crab rangoon if I feel adventurous.
    Bruschettta pasta with fresh garlic bread.
    Mexican stuffed shells with southwest rice and beans.
    Salmon patties with roasted potatoes and fresh green beans.

    I'm excited to have my own kitchen and be cooking again!

  • Mmm! Hungarian Goulash in the CrockPot tomorrow, grilled lime & tequila chicken & corn on the cob Wednesday, and a cobb salad on Thursday. Friday is still TBD.
  • We will definitely be grilling this week! Probably chicken one night and steak another. Not sure what else.

  • Tonight before our prenatal class we are having thai sesame noodles with chicken.
  • I plan to make my chicken crusted with cheddar flavored French's fried onions. So good and fast to make :)
