Mon - Chef Salad and Broccoli Cheese Balls....Orange for dessert.
Tues - Barbeque Ribs, Baked Potato and Veggie
Wed - (Work Night) Antipasto...Orange for Dessert.
Thurs - (Work Night) Salad with Chicken, apple, dried cranberries and blue cheese.....Orange for dessert.
Fri - Scallops and Salad
Sat - Whole Grain Mac and Cheese with Stewed Tomatoes.
Sun - Turkey Dinner with all the fixings!!!

I cook for my family and the inlaws so lots of cooking for me!
Baked tilapia with seasoned salt and sliced lemons on top, fried rice, salad and corn on the cob
Chicken & pasta soup (chicken breasts cooked in the crockpot with chicken broth, sliced mushrooms, dried onions & then tricolor fusilli added 20 mins before serving)
Cheese ravioli with a meat sauce, garlic potatoes (potatoes cut into cubes, cooked in pot, drizzled with olive oil and lots of garlic powder, some onion powder, and italian seasoning) and side salad.
Cajun chicken pasta! (fajita chicken with blackening seasoning, alfredo sauce on pasta) with garlic bread.
Sweet & sour chicken (chicken baked in oven, cubed then simmer with sauce, add roasted peppers and pinapple) with egg fried rice.
On our menu this week is very little because my wife and I are living below the line this week. We are eating for $1.50 a day for 5 days to raise awareness and funds to combat poverty.
So with my $15 this week our menu is basically
